Unbelievable service !!!!! I bought a charger and he sold me the wrong one

Sent wrong charger over a week late- important as it was needed for online university exams. Seller blamed delay on the coronavirus yet when I ordered from another website I received the right charger the very next day. This product was sent from ebay not even the packaging was changed- so no delivery notice was sent with the product to enable a refund to take place. Paid for a return with my own money, luckily Royal Mail reimbursed me for all my costs.

Edit- I beg to differ- Royal Mail has posted me a cheque so my information is valid. Also why did my product arrive in ebay packaging then if it was not resold from ebay? You have had emails from me which you have even responded to so keep feeling free to lie to protect your reputation.

Absolutely great condition , very beautiful packed and protected, im very well pleased with the product, it’s working perfectly and it’s great value, I would definitely recommend this to all my friends.

Ordered a replacement power adaptor for my laptop Saturday morning 2nd May. Immediate acknowledgement of order and invoice by email.Advised dispatched by Saturday evening and received via royal mail 7th May. Adaptor works perfectly. Ordered a replacement power supply on the 16/04/2020 and it arrived on Monday 20/04/2020 despite the coronavirus restrictions and it works perfectly.

Needed a replacement cooling fan for my laptop and found it at onlinelaptopbatteries. The price was way below other online retailers and the shipping was free and fast. Fan was well protected in the shipping container and was exactly as described online. Laptop is back and fully functional again.

Bought a replacement keyboard for my old Acer 5738ZG laptop, which had been gathering dust in a drawer for three years. Getting it running again for a nephew. Can’t fault the seller! Very quick delivery. The laptop is now working again with the new keyboard installed! Very happy!

Purchased a replacement fan for my HP laptop after reading the reviews. The initial fan that turned up was defective (likely caused by the postal service), and I was left feeling disappointed. I purchased a replacement charger for a lenovo Ideapad laptop a few days before Xmas it arrived around 21st of DEC On using this charger we found it had a fault which caused interference with the mouse pad this is not uncommon with non-original chargers, I emailed Richard who replied within 1 hr and offered to send me a replacement immediately being Xmas I told him to leave it till after the holiday as it could get lost in the post but I still received it on 29.DEC and it works fine I think this was above normal service and won't hesitate to use him again

Quick and efficient service at an extremely good price to obtain a replacement fan for my laptop.

I'm no computer expert but with the help of the internet the new fan was fitted within an hour and my laptop is back to silent running!
