Stay away from this company. You lie and change facts, yes I waited two weeks for shipping to the address because in your opinion it was bad weather (LOL). The delivery did not come to fruition because the workshop indicated by you ended the activity! (you should know about it) and not recommend it.
After this fact I gave my home address at your request. I waited the next week and nothing. My mails and calls to you have been ignored by you. I just started the PayPal case and it helped me recover my money

2. tyres were as described and a very good price which included delivery.

Nightmare! Needed 2 tyres urgently, paid via PayPal. Paid extra for guaranteed 48 hr delivery. Didn't arrive, asked why and they blamed SEUR couriers. I explained I'd paid extra for 48 hr delivery, not interested. Kept blaming SEUR (who are a dishonest and unreliable company in my area). Kept being told they will be there next day, never arrived. After 7 days asked for refund. 5 emails were ignored. Made an official complaint and opened a case with PayPal and finally got refund 9 days after ordering. They then had the the audacity to ask me to remove complaint! I politely declined. Now ordered from a competitor at a cheaper price.

Good service very good price and quick delivery only glitch being that the delivery agent said tyres were delivered before they were. This was caused by the fitting agent being closed for annual holiday and in turn this meant that I had a wasted trip and was met by a guy who couldnt understand why I thought he would have my tyres as his business had been closed for the previous two weeks.

I've used Oponeo 3 times, they give a trouble free service, supply and deliver quality goods at a fair price and on time.

Great service at fantastic prices I have not used oponeo before and if the tyre's are as good as the company it's a great combination thankyou
