Very fast turnaround for my mission critical but faulty pc workbook - Thankyou!

I found Optima staff to be very supportive of my technological ignorance and physical problems

Called Optima after trying a couple of other IT companies that didn't like the sound of what i wanted to do which was transfer all my old e mails and folders and files over following virgin media cutting my e mail off without notice. Krish & Sam jumped on it straight away and within a few days i was up and running again at full speed having replaced my 7 year old PC which had slowed to a trickle. Can't recommend highly enough.

From the moment Khrish replied to my initial enquiry, I knew my Mac was in safe hands.
Khrish and his team kept me informed throughout the process and completed the task quickly, effectively and at a good price.
I can't speak highly enough of the service I received from Optima - 'Thank-you' Khrish!

The Optima team did a great job diagnosing the issue with our Mac on the same day, and kindly prepared a report for our insurance company to set out the probable cause of the device failure. Much appreciated. Thanks

Nick, Khrish and the team at Optima are patient, professional and personal. They helped me when I was starting up my business and made sure I had the best set up and that I wasn't paying for tech I didn't need. They are responsive and efficient with any question I might have and I feel safe knowing that my business is secure and that they are in my corner.

I am very disappointed for the final result of my External Hard Drive . Kherish and the team Lied to me, and were Very Unclear in communication. Before to send the final payment (400£+ Vat) , they told me they can manage to recover over 90 % of my data. they actually manage to recover around 55% of my data. They confim they manage to fully recover important documents that I really need it, but when the External Hard Drive arrived I discover they manage to recover around 60 % of it. They also lied to me, and say that put the RAW data in a different folder (Part 1 Root and Part 2 RAW) . When I called Khreish and I said that so many of my important data it's missing, he told me that Part 2 Raw it's just copy of documents from part 1 , most of the part( which it's true) . I don't recommend anyone who has important data to recover to trust these guys . Now I have to Pay Extra and to send my External Hard Drive to another Lab in order to recover the other datas . I also paid in total 500 £ + 100 £ (VAT AMOUNT) to them.

Finally I can confirm that I recover all my data , I contacted another Lab from Romania, Arad .

They also lied , they didn't replace the damage pieces , that's why they can't recover all data . They also lied , they told me to pay for the missing pieces .

Honest and great service. My laptop feels brand new. Thank you, Optima!

I found Nick, Khrish and all the Staff @ Optima extremely helpful and efficient. They completed the transfer of all the Data from an old Laptop to a new one without any problems arising afterwards.

Nick and Khrish explained clearly what the problems were and what they would need to do.
The work was carried out the same day, I was very pleased with the work and the speed it was done.

We have been customers of Optima for many years and have always been delighted with the service we receive from Nick and his team. We recently replaced our 9-year-old PC, also supplied by Optima. Nick advised on the best options and transferred our data. Sam fitted the new machine and explained how it works. He was helpful, polite and patient with our queries.

I contacted Optima in April after looking for a company who could repair my laptop. I was saddened to hear that my 9-year-old laptop would soon start having more issues. Apart from sticky keys it was taking ages to open and for emails to sync. So, it made sense to replace it.
I was put in touch with Khrish and we spoke about what I use my laptop for and what budget I had.
After a couple of days, I had an estimate for a new laptop and the option to sign up for IT support.
I love my new laptop. It is comforting to know I can call up to get support – which I have done several times now. When I call everyone is very friendly and efficient. I’m not very knowledgeable on ‘tech’ issues but my questions have been taken seriously.
I have to thank Nick, Khrish & Sam, they have been very helpful and patient. I can’t praise Optima highly enough.

My laptop needed a new battery. Made an online appointment to take it so that Optima could order the correct battery. I was contacted when the battery came in, made an appointment, waited for the battery to be changed. Excellent service.

As a Longstanding customer, I have always received courteous, timely service.

Optima has been a great experience for me. Sam helped me with an issue I've been struggling with on and off for weeks. He was friendly, professional and efficient. Problem sorted quickly!
