We have stayed in Optima villas before and the villas are of a high standard. Very helpful company, good communication, very responsive.
This time we stayed in VillaSapphire - beautifully presented, spacious and clean. Plenty of room for 8 of us. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and beach. Pool very clean, and heated.
On this occasion though, we were disappointed with the welcome pack, only one English tea bag and 2 coffee sachets and not enough sandwich fillings for all 8 of us to have a snack, particularly disappointing due to us having a later flight which Optima were aware of. Also, be aware one of the downstairs twin bedrooms had neither a window or air conditioning which is not made clear on the Villa info and would mean the accommodation is not suitable for full occupancy of 12.
Would use Optima again however as Villas are of a good standard.

Very efficient service both pre visit and during our stay. We noticed on our first Saturday in the villa that the kettle had a small leak and informed the company by email. Even though it was the weekend, we were surprised and delighted when Dawn arrived with a new kettle still in it's box early that afternoon. An excellent example of customer service.

Villa Piedaíta is the most beautiful villa, ideally situated.
We are a family of two grandparents, parents and a child and this villa has suited us down to the ground.
We’ve particularly loved the ‘convertible courtyard’ and all the outdoor space. Our daughter has enjoyed whizzing around on the Vespa!
The pool is lovely and just a 30 second walk down the path from the villa. We’ve only seen a handful of people at the pool - it has felt more like a private pool!
A big big thank you to Julia at Optima Villas who went out of her way to provide us with everything we need. Also, the maintenance team have been fab.

We have just returned from our second stay at Villa Dora. The villa was very clean and in our preferred location of Faro Park. The garden is private and the pool is perfect. Optima villas are a great company to deal with. We were again allowed a late checkout which was much appreciated as our flight wasn’t until 9.00 p.m. Any queries are dealt with so promptly and the team are so helpful. The welcome pack is much appreciated. We will certainly book with Optima Villas for our next trip to Playa Blanca.

We were originally let down, as our first option for which we'd paid our deposit was withdrawn by the owner. Thankfully Optima promptly came back with a suggested villa, which we gratefully accepted.
The villa was not only in an area we knew and loved but when we arrived WOW. The villa was stunning, spacious, private and extremely comfortable. The pool was the warmest we've ever had and the garden areas were large and very private.
We are hoping to go again next year using Optima Villas and this villa would now be the one we want, if its available. We could not fault Optima Villas at all, they even fixed a faulty shower head within hours of reporting it. Brilliant!!

visited villa ciocco for 2nd time , few issues that could be looked at are the pop up waste in bedroom ensuite is broken , the mattress in the other db room requires cleaning or renewing, the poolside sunbed pads 100% need replacing , the sofas are very tired indeed , however this is friendly feedback ..would i stay here again YES i would indeed , optima staff are brilliant and sort any issues out thats possible .

We had a fantastic holiday. The villa is beautiful very spacious, great size pool, very relaxing it has everything you need, close to everything. Great supermarket near by if you want to cook in Lidl only 7 min walk we couldn’t fault the villa x

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Palmyra, Playa Blanca, Lanzarote in September 2025.The villa was roomy, spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and had an extremely well equipped kitchen. As we didn't arrive at our villa until past 10pm, the welcome pack was a particularly nice touch and included milk, fruit juice, bread, cheese, ham, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal. We found the staff at Optima Villas to be very courteous and helpful and their final lovely gesture was to allow us to remain in the villa to 6pm on our departure date at no extra cost since we had a late flight home. All in all we had a delightful holiday and will definitely be using Optima Villas again. Many thanks, The May Family.

From the moment of booking villa Ledicia .. optima villas have been extremely helpful and speedy at replying to any queries and recommendation for airport transfers.
The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay .. even a welcome pack which was well needed after our late night arrival.
We were even able to arrange a late check out
The location was perfect and we walked everywhere .. no need for a car
We have used Optima villas twice before when we have stayed in Playa blanca and will definitely use them again!

Optima villas very good company to deal with. Well organised and very prompt with communication. Stayed at Casa George. Lovely Villa well equipped and met our needs. The pool guy Henry great guy who sorted a minor issue out immediately. Thoroughly recommend.

I would love to give them 5 stars the villa itself is amazing everything you could possibly want except the neighbours!! Only on our second night a family group all above 21 sat playing uno laughing at the outside table and told to shut up !! Holiday totally ruined no where when booking does it tell you outside noise is not permitted due to a neighbour who waits on his patio for someone to laugh or talk !! There's more noise from the tennis courts than us!! Why put a rentable villa in a residential area if neighbours do not like noise? We paid a lot of money for this villa and tbh are very disappointed we were not warned about them !

8 nights at Villa Dora in a quiet gated community. Short stroll to bus and supermarket and a few bars and restaurants. Lovely villa with a nice garden and pool. Optima villas instructions on access and information on Villa spot on. Fantastic stay as always with optima villas.

Villa Rose -

Excellent Villa. Great location and quiet neighbourhood, very private and not overlooked. 10 mins walk to Aldi. 15-20 mins walk to a decent beach/restaurants, 25-30 mins to a lovely Harbour and lots of other restaurants.
Has all mod cons, dishwasher, washing machine and British TV for watching the football, etc. welcome pack was a nice touch and they also changed the towels, linen half way through our 9 day stay.
Only negative was the A/C had broke on our arrival. This made it very difficult to relax in the villa, especially at night which really affects your sleep and being tired the next day. Unfortunately it didn’t get sorted for the whole stay which was disappointing.
Would have definitely given 5 stars otherwise. I just hope they have it sorted for the next family arriving.
Would definitely recommend the place to others (as long as they sort the a/c first).

Great communication, bookable on line from the UK, with 20% deposit at booking and balance 6 weeks before trip. Nice villa as described, although the odd issue, ((one beach towel missing) a couple of pillow cases missing and a pillow. Excellent response from email and what’s Ap to resolve issues. Could do with updating some of the kitchen items but no big deal. Optima Villas is a great company that I have used before and are very very reliable. I will use again and would recommend for that special family holiday. Villas sell out fast for popular dates so need to book early for next year.
