They are bunch of fraudsters. Their main business is ripping riders with extra charges. All the scooters are very old and always need some fixing on rider expensis. Avoid at all costs.

Worse company and guy are lie before renting a bike say another thing today I return I bike than said another things and also not return my advance payment and said also he attempt 5 times to pay the payment 5£ 10£ 20£ 10£ total he charge me 310£ and I only run two days bike after that I tell him I can not continue further take your bike.
Please be careful on 1st days he said please take good and best remarks on us as per request I give him but now I give him as per my experience is 0 out 0.

We refunded the partial Deposit after the deductions were made from the issues whilst renting the Vehicle.

The best rental company in London
The best rental company around London i have beend using other ones in the past but not one close to Otto Scooter. Customer service is excellent i have applied last week and today i just have gotten my bike which is beautiful. I have made numerous calls to them asking all sort of different questions and they were more than happy to take the time and answer everything i was concerned about. Service is fast, smooth, and very easy i reccomend to everyone looking to rent!
