They are bunch of fraudsters. Their main business is ripping riders with extra charges. All the scooters are very old and always need some fixing on rider expensis. Avoid at all costs.

After your check-in, last 19.12.2023, you opened a ticket for a display malfunction the very same day. On the 20.12.2023 at 1pm it was already fixed by our mechanics. We will definitely try to improve our bike check system!

My experience with Otto has been really good to be honest. They were my first choice when I passed my cbt and started delivering food. Best decision I made. Since I joined I've not had one problem, staff/mechanic are very professional. Nadeem Great person, helpful and understanding always wanting to go the extra mile top bloke. All in all a very great company. Recommend this company to any one in the food delivery industry looking for a cheaper way to deliver food and save on fual costs. Thanks again Otto for an awesome experience. 👍
