They are bunch of fraudsters. Their main business is ripping riders with extra charges. All the scooters are very old and always need some fixing on rider expensis. Avoid at all costs.

I was in desperate need of a moped for…
I was in desperate need of a moped for food delivery as I need to make money to support my young family. I stated this on my application to Otto and they almost immediately got back in touch with me and supported me through the whole process. I was able to source an affordable rental within a week and am now doing food delivery and making money. Thanks to all of you at Otto for making it so simple for me and being so supportive. Very grateful and 5 stars for their customer care, very friendly staff.

Very friendly nature by everyone received very well, and especially Nadeem took special care until the scooter renting process is done. VIRAL, Sameer and every other person are very good at their work by giving best conditioned scooter. They will check everything of the bike condition and only if it is perfect they give to the customer. Renting moped in otto is better than elsewhere. Thank you otto
