Great service all round , would highly recommend great help from start to finish.

Best service ive had, never rushed the hire, allowed me to think abiut evey decision and also didn’t rush no deposit.

When i did go to get the ped it was ready in 5 mins and the staff was nothing but friendly and truthful.

Smooth and fast sailing. The customers service was great (they were friendly and easy to talk to). I was very fast service. (I got my moped in less than a week after filling my forms)

Great service. In no other place, they rent you a moped with hire& reward insurance plus the insurance you need to drive their mopeds that are specifically aimed for food/ item delivery purposes. Rented for 6 months. Plus they're local. Their hub is in Acton, efficient staff straight to the point, no sugar coating.

Everything was done professionally and all staff is very friendly and helpful. Any time I had a problem with the moped guys at otto resolved it quickly. Would definitely recommend to anyone who thinks about getting an electric moped.
