The hin was delivered very late
The bin was delivered very late. As I was out the could not be placed within my property. Also I ordered bin from Friday to Monday, however bin was not collected until Friday. This resulted in bin being tampered with.

Thank you for your honest review. Our bins can take up to 5 business days to be delivered to you but they are often delivered earlier. If your bin has been tampered with in any way that may affect your bin weight readings or the lid has been broken, please let us know and we can get you a replacement.

Great service, reasonable price. Delivery and collection was great, I was asked the best location for it to be placed as well as being advised where to place it. 2nd time I used this service, and if needed again, I'm definitely coming back

I paid for the skip online
I paid for the skip online, when it didnt arrive on the day I had to call. I was told there were issues with your payments for a lot of prople. When i made payment online, I did not get any error messages. The girl who answered the phone was very helpful qnd she sorted my issue quickly. We were a day late getting the skip but turnwd out ok in the end.

A really good service
The ordering process was straightforward. The skip arrived on time and the delivery driver was at pains to put the skip exactly where we wanted it. He was polite and helpful. The skip was then collected o the date advised. Avery good service.

Just an acknowledgment of how much I appreciate the crew in Blackrock in Louth. Shocking weather conditions, blew rubbish out of the green bin, one of the workers went out of his way to gather it and then proceeded to clear branches that had fallen. Thank you, great service.

Excess charges
Despite being told here to phone customer services, they are still telling me my bin was in excess of monthly allowance, despite the bing being practically empty. It's an absolute rip off. Disgraceful behaviour. Resulting in higher monthly charges despite the high level of recycling i do.

Phone notification from driver in advance of delivery. Driver placed the skip exactly where I needed it.
