The reason i can’t give 5 stars, there was no answer to may email what time you will be coming. Also collection i ordered next day, but Oxigen kept it one more day even i did contacted them to collect it.
Other than that it was easy to order, got the right skip.

29 August moved house
29 August moved house, arranged for bins to be moved to new address. 3-4 days I was told. Sent email 5 Sept asking for update, reply received 9 Sept saying they would definitely be with me 10 Sept, did not arrive. 11 Sept phoned them, apologies (again) would definitely arrive 12 Sept (today). 12 Sept received phone call - sorry won't be delivered until Monday 15th Sept - at this point I have absolutely no faith they will arrive. My collection day is a Monday so I will miss that collection - 3 weeks without bins but I know my payment will be taken without any delay. Absolutely terrible service - avoid at all costs. Safe to say I will be changing my rubbish collection company.

My experience as a new household…
My experience as a new household customer - On the 3 occasions I put the brown bin out it wasn't collected as scheduled..after the second occasion I was assured it wouldn't happen again. On the third occasion I rang to cancel and was told I had to pay a cancellation fee. Ridiculous really considering Oxigens failure to fullfil the contract. My advice is go with another provider.
Updated 18/9/25 -refund of money on account received and no cancellation fee charged.

Failed to collect bins 3 times in a row!
Failed to collect my bins 3 times in a row.
Every time I called the office I was told that a report would be issued to an Operations Manager who would fix the problem and that they were waiting for the report. Every day being told that I'd hear back from them later that day and nothing happening.
I've paid up for the year in advance. They've had an entire month to do something. I can forgive this happening once but 3 times in a row is a joke.
Useless callcentre, idiot drivers, absentee management.
Avoid like the plague.

I booked this skip over three weeks ago for this weekend. It was meant to be delivered yesterday (Fri 25th) and wasn't. Not only that no notice or contact was made to inform the skip wasn't being delivered.

Very professional a great service and lovely staff in the office and delivery. Efficient and helpful with changes I had to make to the delivery time. You even get a phone call a half an hour before delivery to ensure your there.
