Tried ordering bins as I moved house
Tried ordering bins as I moved house. Date ordered 12th of December, told 3 to 5 working days. Got email on the 17th saying my bins would be 3 to 5 working days. Rang the office they told me bins would be delivered on time that email and receipt was just sent late.
Rang today the 20th Caroline answered when I explained she told me bin take 3 to 7 working days different to what I was told by 2 other colleagues. When I told her it's 2 to 5 days she then proceed to say it's christmas time and things take longer. I should have been told that before taking money out if my bank. I rang another company this morning and they are delivering tomorrow.
As Caroline said it's christmas time and people need bins and acute times.

They don't provide a dependable service to loyal customers
I have been with Oxygen for at least 15 years I have never defaulted on a payment and I always put my bins out on time so I consider myself a loyal customer and would expect the same loyalty from Oxygen in return as they state in their mission statement but unfortunately that is not the case.
They have failed to pick up my bins on several occasions and it used to be if you contacted them they would rectify the matter and they would organize the bins to be picked up without much of a delay.
Last Friday 1/11/24 I put out the bins on time they collected the brown bin but failed to pick up the green and black bin but I thought they maybe running late as they often do and you may receive a txt explaining this.
Monday my bins still weren't picked up so I rang they apologized and said they would call me back but they didn't so later on that afternoon I called them again and explained the situation again as my bins were completely full still no return call so I called again and rexplained it took me 4 phone calls before they offered a solution. Their solution they would offer me credit for the missed pick up and would pick up my bins at the next scheduled pickup which is 2 weeks as they are short staffed so by their own confession they can't manage to meet their own mission statement commitments. I would not recommend Oxygen to anyone.

Skip container was delivered on time fast and easy. Upon my request, the pick up date was changed without any difficulties and the driver picked it up the next morning. Overall, very satisfied with the service!

Collections always as scheduled, reminder texts sent out if any changes to collections on bank holidays. Great customer care & they are always very polite & friendly over the phone.

Highly recommend Oxigen
Highly recommend Oxigen. They have excellent communication when on the odd occasion the bin lorry is delayed and they send reminders about putting bins out on Sat on bank holidays. Any time I have rang them with a query, the staff are always very friendly and extremely helpful, like Pauline was this morning. This is one bill I never mind paying.
