The communication was spot on. My air conditioners weren’t a common model, so there were some delays and hiccups. But none of those was the fault of the Oz Air Online team. They were very proactive in helping me resolve the issues. I have no hesitation in ordering from them again and highly recommend them. The speed of their communication alone is enough to make me a happy customer.

Sales team went above and beyond even though I called after the phones had closed for the day. I needed the air purifier within the week and delivery only took a few days so I had it earlier than I thought. Great product as well, my allergies usually have me sneezing and uncomfortable all day but within a few hours of turning it on I was breathing easier than I had for years.
