Seriously.... yip, good enough service, no complaints at all and good shipping costs compared to Royal mail and Parcel force whom we all know are rip-off merchants.
Would I recommend? simply, yes, as already said, no complaints and very good comms too.

Ideal - just make sure you have the dimensions and weight of whatever it is you're sending 'cos you'll need them when ordering.
Every time I've used 'em, they call around half past seven to half past eight in the morning - which means I'm not sat in for the rest of the day wondering when they will call.

I've been using Parcel2Ship for a year now to send parcels to Italy and must say the collection service is always on time.
My daughter also says the delivery service in Italy is good and we are both satisfied and will continue to use the service.

This time sending presents for my grandson for his 4th birthday. Parcal arrived too late even given their own 4 working day deadline.

No explanation as to why it sat in International hub for 4 days and was checked and processed each day. Not moved until I complained.

Everything went smoothly with my shipment and I would use Parcelforce again.

Parcel2ship were very easy to book with, and quick to respond when I needed to amend my order.

However, it appeared as though the courier (Citylink) kicked the living daylights out of my boxes, as they arrived at the venue split and battered.

Very easy to choose and book service. I always use the cheaper city link next day service and city link have also been awesom! The only time I had a problem was when city link failed to collect from me whilst I had spent all day in waiting for collection I contacted city link depot and they sent driver back out to collect an hour later. So cannot really complain on that one instance as it was resolved! I'm a happy customer!

Most helpful. Any issues(customs forms, package documents, shipping forms) dealt with on phone professionally and clearly. Would use again without any hesitation. Would like it a bit cheaper though. Package arrived at Shanghai destination within 6 days.

Getting the valuable 23kg parcel from UK to Canada was simplicity itself ! Collected by Parcelforce from my front door, and 'trackable' to destination. A first-rate agency service which I shall be using again.

Easy use of website to organise the pick up and delivery of package and everything worked as stated re timing etc. Will be using again.
