Received (maybe) someone else's order?

Received a small envelope for a product I didn't order. No indication of retailer. How did they have my address and email??? Won't open envelope in case it has some kind of poison. Would rate zero stars if there was such an option.

-Emailed with no response from any email listed
-threatened legal action

Two packages stolen within 1 month.

Two packages stolen within 1 month.
On May 24, I had a package stolen by a PDN Express driver. I reported to them immediately after receiving an empty box full of tape on the side.

On May 28, they emailed me and told me they started an internal investigation.

On June 20, the seller sent another package to cover my loss. On June 30, the package was STOLEN AGAIN by the PDN Express driver, which means they're still employing the same thief.

I should get my parcel June 11th but…

I should get my parcel June 11th but instead it sat in Toronto for 8 days. when was out of delivery I got message that no buzz nr (agree) no answer phone call. But nobody called me, As a proof they sent me picture of my parcel and building with address on it. The problem is it wasn't my building. Today June 26 again no phone call and this time twice the same picture of my parcel. I already ask Temu not to send me parcel using this company. I sent few emails (no respond), tried to call them blocked phone. This company shouldn't be on the market. I plan to contact Temu again to and send them rates about service. What else we can do?

If no stars was an option

If no stars was an option, I would give none. I’ve been watching tracking for a package since it was sent out. All was fine till it got into the hands of PDN (literally never heard of this company before and im curious how businesses choose their final mile delivery service. Why choose this one. Anyways they had my package for weeks just doing nothing with it. Then all of a sudden movement, yay, nope. As quickly as it finally starts moving the tracking changes to undeliverable due to incorrect address lmao. It’s definitely not incorrect. It’s my Amazon address which is used by couriers weekly without issue. So I to to try and connect with them, no phone number on their site. Their contact us form won’t go anywhere once I hit submit it just stays on the “sending” screen but never sends. Pretty sure this company just keeps the product half the time, and resells without any attempt to deliver. There is no way a legit delivery company is this bad at deliveries given the other reviews on here and Reddit.

Package not delivered

Package was marked "out for delivery" since June 6th. Then on June 22nd was updated to "PDN has your package". Finally got a refund. There are obvious issues with the company. Do not recommend.

Swift enough delivery

Package went out for delivery in the morning on the 20th and remained out for delivery overnight and was delivered in the evening on the 21st. Service was fine, package was not damaged can’t complain

Package has been out for delivery for 2 weeks

No response to emails. Phone number doesn’t work.

Horrible service is an understatement

I wish this courier was not used as a last mile service to international deliveries

This company is awful

This company is awful. They received my package and it should have been delivered the next day but instead it sat there for 10 days. It was then out for delivery for 6 days after the 10 days. . I hear this is actually fast for them from the other reviews.

I changed my temu settings to not have any more packages delivered by them, they are the worst most incompetent useless deliver company I have ever received a package from. By the time they delivered my package temu had refunded my money so the only bonus is due to their incompetence I got free shit.

Same thing as the poster Below... my package has been in the warehouse in Toronto since June 5th... it's now June 20th. They don't answer emails or pick up the phone. I'm not sure how this company is still running. It feels like theft at this point. I just want my package!

I wish I could put zero

I wish I could put zero. Delivery driver marked my package as "unable to locate address/undeliverable" when they literally went to the wrong address. My address is marked East they went to West. The picture they took of the address they went to is on the odd side of the street and my house is on the even side of the street, so it's like they didn't even try, plus they weren't even in my neighborhood. The number either goes to a voicemail where you can't leave a message or the call fails. I have not received any replies to my emails. This is fabric that is supposed to be used for my wedding dress in two months, I am not happy.

The driver tried to deliver the package about 8 days after it arrived at their warehouse. He insisted he could not release the package to us until we gave him the password to our wifi network so he could communicate with his office. No bueno.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst. They told me they couldn't deliver my package and implied the address was incorrect (which it's not). The delivery attempt proof they supplied was a photo of a Metro parking lot in Kingston, ON, when we live about 45 minutes away from that location. No attempt to deliver was made and now the tracking says "Delayed due to holiday closure". There has been no holiday during this time. I've emailed them 3x with zero response. How a place like this is allowed to operate is beyond me.

I do not know what kinda karma and…

I do not know what kinda karma and attachment yall are working with and working out with PDN but they came through for me very quickly and they even put the expensive package between my front door and screen door. It looks like it was delivered around 10:30 last night while I slept and I found it when leaving for work at 4am. Blessings to PDN and their delivery driver. Namaste! 🙏 ❤️

Never Received my Package

Was told my package was delivered, the "proof" they gave me was a picture of my building not the actual package. Have no idea where my package is since it wasn't anywhere I could see. They didn't drop if at the front desk of my building where they were supposed to drop the package off. Can't get ahold of anyone since they're phone number doesn't work and I haven't heard anything from multiple emails. So disappointed since I have been looking forward to this package.
