A parcel left on the sidewalk

A parcel left on the sidewalk, in a doorway on the street. This is pathetic! Zero responsibility. I lost a lot of money. No contact with the courier or the company.

Item arrived locally Dec 24...has now been sitting with carrier and its Jan 4.
Sent them emails...no response.
Called their phone numbers: all you get is an automated replay that "this subscriber cannot receive voice mails at this time".
Almost seems like a scam; I had no choice as initial carrier selected these guys for the last-mile delivery and I'm betting its because they underbid everyone with their terrible service. Not sure I'll ever see my items

package left at door outside without ringing doorbell/knowing anyone at home

PDNExpress delivered my package and just left it at my door without ringing the doorbell. I only found out it had been delivered because I checked my mail and saw the notification. This is unacceptable — it leaves customers at risk of theft and weather damage. Basic courtesy and standard procedure would be to notify the customer in person. Extremely disappointed with this experience and their lack of care. I will avoid using PDNExpress in the future if possible.

I have NEVER experienced such an…

I have NEVER experienced such an incredebly incompetent logistics service in my life (and I managed and governed 6 logistics contracts / suppliers for our company )!!!! I've filed a complaint with the BBB and asked the carrier (through Amazon mind you!) to stip doing business with them. DO NOT use them or ask the vendor TO NO T use them! Big ZERO for delivery. NO customer service and do not want to do the last mile delivery. ZERO!!!

Items did not received on time.

This courier company doesn't even have people to talk to. Items not yet receive while they recieved my items on time but cannot deliver on time. Really bad courier i would'nt recommend this PDN at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Ordered my package on Nov 28th with express shipping, showing it would arrive by the 5th of December. and it’s shown no update since ‘we have your package in Vancouver’ (which is 30 minutes away from me) on the 16th.

I’ve emailed and called them countless times, along with the merchant and BBB and haven’t heard a damn thing back. This company is absolutely HORRIBLE and doesn’t give a **** about delivering anyone’s package. How is this company still operational??? And how are merchants still allowing their packages to be shipped by these people KNOWING they never get delivered?

Waste of space

Waste of space. The courier tried to deliver my parcel at 10:18 pm. Have they lost their mind. They supposedly left it on my front door and now whwn I went to check it. It's not there which means someone has stolen it if not them. Now I have no christmas present for my son. I have never heard of this company but they are incompetent and irresponsible.

Does anybody know where missed delivery shipments go in edmonton. They delivered to my condo for amazon but my shipping address was my work. Now i have no idea where the package is and they dont answer emails or the phone number i was given does not work??

PDN never update my pkg

PDN never update on my pkg from Temu. I checked Track 17 with the PDN tracking # daily to find out whereabout my pkg. The last update I got from Track 17 was Pkg has been return to local facility ( I lived in Edmonton) on Dec 16 at 11:09 pm. Unable to deliver- not answering phone/buzzer at 11:03. I'd never received a phone call from them. As for the buzzer #, it was a code. Once they enter the code, the front door of the condo will automatically open for them to get in. What a liar! And I never have anyone deliver my pkg after 11pm, and the worst part is I was at home!
