Not so bad

It was the first time getting a parcel from AliExpress via PDN and I was a bit worried after reading the reviews, but I got my parcel without issues in The Netherlands.

I must say that I stayed home to sign for it as I was afraid of them just leaving the parcel hanging from the letterbox. Maybe the issues come from situations where the recipient is not home.

Disgusting company

Hard to imagine how this outfit can still be in business. How do you even contact them. They don’t answer emails, phone. Can’t find any address. Now I've been waiting for more than a month for a package that was in Toronto, now seems to be in Montreal, but hasn’t moved for two weeks. Whatever you do avoid at all cost

I’ve been ordering packages from abroad…

I’ve been ordering packages from abroad for years, mainly from China through AliExpress. Normally, these are delivered by PostNL, DHL, or more recently also by Peddler. But today, for the first time, it was delivered by PDN Express. And what did they do? They forced the package through the mailbox slot. It got completely stuck, I could hardly get it out, and the contents ended up damaged and bent. What a bunch of amateurs.

Package left at 8PM on the floor not even inside the mail box. In an open area. I was inside the building and didn't even ring. Noticed the email saying that they delivered with their "proof" and the package was not there anymore. Horrible service

PDN marked my parcel as “delivered” but…

PDN marked my parcel as “delivered” but their own photo shows it was left unattended in front of my door (city street). When I asked for help, customer service was very dismissive and called this a “safe place” and told me to contact the seller. No acknowledgement of their mistake, no loss/incident report, no solution. Extremely disappointing.

Leaves the packages outside

A package I ordered was sent through this company as the last mile deliverer. I was never notified of a tracking number and had to go digging my self to find it, once I found it there was no estimated delivery window. They attempted delivery when I was not home, so the driver decided to leave it in 'a safe place' as they called it. But this 'Safe place' was on the mailbox wall in the publicly available lobby of our building out in the open. So no wonder it was stolen. After this I had email contact with the company but they basically said they can't and won't do anything about it and that I just have to take it up with the sender. Would not recommend.

If I could leave zero stars I would

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is a disgrace to all other courier or logistics companies. They’ve lied about 3 failed delivery attempts. I was home all day each time they failed to contact me. A note was left in the lobby on who to buzz to let them in and yet they claim no buzz or calls were answered.
They have legitimate customer service. Phone calls don’t go through, emails never get answered.
Absolute disgrace and my frustration grows daily.

They claim I didn't answer buzzer ‒ but they never buzzed.

In delivering a small package to my apartment building, they say they could not call my apartment, but they made no attempt. The entry way buzzer connects to my landline phone, which logs incoming calls. I know they were in front of my building : they sent a photo. They have no working phone number to call and they did not respond to my 4 enquiries sent by email. Days later, they say it is out again for shipment, but it has never arrived. SCAM.

It's a fraud

It's a fraud! They sent me an e-mail claiming to have delivered the package, but the package never showed up. After I contacted them several times by e-mail, they finally responded, saying the package was at a warehouse and I should come pick it up. I went to the address of the warehouse (an hour-and-a-half journey from downtown Toronto) and found only an abandoned building. The warehouse doesn't exist! I can only conclude they stole my package.

Never again!!!

Worst experience ever with a delivery service. They don't tell me in advance when they'll deliver. The package was simply left on the street under the mailbox. And I live in an apartment building, so anyone could have taken it. The package was opened and thrown on the street.

HORRIBLE COURIER

I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I had a delivery from Amazon that came from China, which wasn't known to me until after it shipped. 4PX was the courier bringing it into Canada. Once in Canada it was handed off to a courier called PDN express. They did not abide by the delivery instructions in place and delivered after hours to a business that was closed. I contacted the company but got nowhere and told they could not intervene on their behalf....really? Did you not pick the company to do the second part of the delivery? Anyways, long story short this courier PDN returned my product. It was a long weekend here in canada so my product was not returned like the company said as nothing would be open until the tuesday of the following week. Also no attempt at a second delivery was made. You can not contact PDN express. Both phone numbers do not work, nor does anyone answer the email to which I sent several. There is also no known address in the city this company operates in. If this isn't suspicious I do not know what is.

PDN, get better deliverers!

PDN. express is really, really bad. I got an e-mail with pictures that they delivered my parcel to me personally. Maybe it was my ghost? de deliverer just delivered it some stranger in my appartment of 18 floors and on each floor there are 8 houses. I've got no e-mail saying to who they delivered it and on what address; not even a message in my mailbox. Nothing at all. Where is my parcel now???? I just can't do nothing at all. What a real bad experience.
I do hope that my future orders would never be delivered by PDN again. I'm really sad about it.

This is terrible worst delivery service…

This is terrible worst delivery service ever and entire Canada. I wonder how they’re still in business.
I swear to God, they managed to find all the wrong address and all the wrong dates to not even deliver your package.
Do you wanna know what is the worst case did not even answer answering the phone call they don’t have any customer service. There is no email like literally it’s you and your package which you never get it.

Useless courier.

Would give zero if I could. Does not answer emails and phone line doesn’t work. I sent 5 emails (no response), given directive on paper to refer to the map by the lot entrance on where to locate the correct building. They don’t know how to navigate/read an address for complexes / apartments. Useless courier.

Positive experience but needs upgrades

Ordered items direct from manufacturer in China. This led to using two companies I've never dealt with before. In China, the shipper was 4PX Global which then passed to PDN Express in Canada. PDN's website is the #1 thing working against them - no info at all, not even an FAQ, non-functioning email & phone#s leading to suspicion and anxiety. The tracking was generally sufficient, but all of PDN notifications would show the destination leading to confusion as to where it actually was in the process. The tracking system needs clearer descriptions and timing (it showed out for delivery 21hrs before actual delivery), However, the delivery person phoned and arrived promptly at 6pm. The package was undamaged and I will not worry if using them in the future. Note - I'm in Alberta

edit: added it took a total of 13 days from order to delivery - which from China is pretty good
