I just wanted to say how pleased we were with the service we have received from everyone involved with the company. Lara was extremely organised and efficient, from arranging a video call to produce a quote to trying to accommodate our date preferences for the move to work around our jobs and was in constant contact. On the day of our move the team arrived exactly when they said they would and as promised rang 40 minutes ahead of arrival to let us know. All three of the team were helpful, polite, extremely respectful of both our current property as well as the new temporary property and ensured we were happy with everything before they completed the job. It is also worth noting they were working on a very hot day in July and never once complained or let it affect their professionalism.

Please pass on our gratitude to everyone involved, in what has been a very stressful time you all made one of the most difficult parts very easy and that’s appreciated.

The Perfect Group was polite, kind, courteous, friendly, helpful and most importantly trustworthy.
Once my accomodation had been confirmed, PG were with me the very next day. They took care of my things as though they were their own. The movers, Lewis and Gary, were supportive during the stressful time while maintaining their professionalism.
Holly H. was simply phenomenal and amazing. She coordinated everything 'perfectly' and I knew that I was in good hands.

The perfect group have moved me out twice now, and I can honestly say that both times they have been incredible. They work so fast and efficiently, they packed all my stuff up for me and moved it in a matter of hours. Every person who works there has been so lovely and kind and have given me an amazing experience.

After suffering a water leak at home we were assigned Perfect Group to pack up our belongings and send to storage.
The service we received was excellent so much so that when we moved back from our 5th rental we wanted Perfect Group to pack us up and move us back as well as bringing back our items from storage. Again the service we received was excellent from both the head office team via the phone and the team on the day. When we got back to our house after 7 long months it turned out that our mattress wasn’t on the lorry.
Unbeknownst to us our mattress had been written off and we only found out on the day of returning. The moving team weren’t happy to hear this and because the company offer furniture rental they managed to get our insurance company to agree to a rental until our mattress was replaced.
After moving all of our items in they drove back to the depot and came back after a 3 hour round trip with a mattress for us to sleep on that night.
The whole team went above and beyond through the whole process and I won’t be using anyone else to move us in the future.

Richard, James and 1 other were extremely helpful and made everything seem so easy. I was in total chaos but their professionalism gave me the confidence that I was in capable hands. Well done guys, really appreciate the challenges you faced. Lynn (Harrow)

Fantastic Service from beginning to end, made the move really stress free. Scott, Jamie, Mushin, Judain were all brilliant, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone who is moving.

This move was arranged at the 11th hour under huge stress. Lauren should be congratulated for her proactive, calm efficiency. I am really grateful, and know that without her help and extra effort the move wouldn't have happened. The movers were so effective, polite, speedy, and really thought about what they were doing. I have had an amazing experience with the crew that moved me in Banbury today. They were 4 gentlemen; polite, nothing was to much trouble, kept me informed what was going on. These 4 are a credit to the company and lived up to the name Perfecr. Thank-you so much;

Prompt, hard-working, friendly, careful and polite are words that all apply to the team under the guidance of Drew that worked for us. Perfect were perfect and we can highly recommend the company.

I am yet to see a company that gives regular updates from when your goods will be delivered to when they are close to your home. The delivery guys were very efficient and professional. I thought the first delivery guys were exceptional but the second delivery guys were superb. To crown up the service from the company Laura Grant emailed to confirm if what was ordered was ok. Thank you all for making our moving in stress free.

Were were recommend Perfect Group following our commercial premises being flooded.
From our initial point of contact through to the furniture being returned, everything went smoothly.
All furniture was extremely well packaged and removed from site promptly with great care.
The team that returned the furniture were an absolute dream team. They turned up, knew exactly what they were doing and where everything went. They went over and above what was expected of them.

We were directed to the perfect group by our insurance company. We needed to loan some furniture following a leak in our home.
The company contacted us very promptly, They were extremely efficient and helpful when ever I called. They were very flexible with delivery dates and even when I had to change a date this was not a problem. The removal team were Steve and Joshua and both went the extra mile to ensure that the items were moved into the house very quickly and efficiently. Samantha in the office was also extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend

The teams both days were on time, efficient, did a great job and were kind, polite and very attentive and helpful. I would gladly use Perfect Group again, and have already recommended them to a neighbour who is moving soon.

A great experience with Perfect Group.
Took the stress out of moving day, a very efficient, friendly and hard working team.
Connor was great with the initial quote and keeping in touch when anything was needed.

Having initially being booked in for a Saturday, Perfect Group were unable to do the initial date due to other jobs they were attending, however they rearranged for the next day and didn’t change the agreed price. Lewis and Yash arrived on time, and took all the items I required with great care and were pleasant to work with.

I would highly recommend this storage company! They work so professionally and so perfectly that I couldn’t stop myself from giving 5 star reviews! They were so organised to put the stuff and put them back. Their customer service is very helpful and quick to respond. Kian, Steve and jack were absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for giving me wonderful service!

Perfect Group were appointed via our insurers to pack and move our items into storage before significant works are carried out on our home.
