Refund problems
WE have been trying to get a refund for several months following cancellation due to covid pandemic. It has taken over 50 attempts to get through to them, phone calls, cancelled phone calls as it took too long for them to be answered, complaints raised, links followed, letter sent and many, many emails. We have now just got our refund but would not recommend this company.

Scammers!! Travel restrictions forced me to cancel my trip. And their insurance company won’t refund me anything and zero solution was offers by center parcs. 4000€ lost. I will never book with them ever again and I will leave bad reviews everywhere I can’t to warn people. Outrageous customer service. I least offer to change the dates!!
Awful company to deal with or get refund if holiday is cancelled
Booked ski holiday in 2020. Cancelled due to COVID, and rebooked for March 2021. Cancelled due to COVID in Feb 2021. Full refund applies, and they said they would give it. Instead of the simpler course of refunding the credit card they insisted via a cumbersome reclaim system on getting bank and other details to refund to bank account. I did this, and then when nothing turned up I repeatedly chased the refund, filed a complaint, but no refund ever appears, and no response to the complaint. I see others have this problem. It appears the company is in financial difficulty and is deliberately postponing refunds. A Group to be avoided (same group as Centre Parks).
Avoid during COVID if you don't want throw money away!
I wish I had read the reviews of trying to book with them before doing so. We booked 12 months ago to use Centre Parcs in NL. We are following UK govt advice to not travel at the moment, we tried to rebook for the same week in July 2022 to be told it would an additional 1400 Euros ( 45% more than this year). We lose 30% of the what we have paid for this holiday due to cancellation. The communication's have been slow and awful.
Constant delays in getting money back
Cancelled holiday due to coronavirus March 2019 - despite many calls and emails they keep saying payment within 2 months but it never arrives.

I'm rating with one star because there is not a zero star option.
Relates to a ski holiday booking March 2020 which P&V cancelled due to coronavirus. Despite asking for a refund, a voucher was issued. There is an option to apply for a refund for the voucher via their contactandpay website, where you submit your bank details for the refund. Once completed, the communication from their accounts department advised payment would be received within 5 days. This was in January 2021. I have still not received a refund. I've submitted the refund request again via the contactandpay website, and via their customer services team (using their English and French speaking customer service telephone numbers - and incurring the international call charges). It is apparently not possible to speak to a supervisor/manager because everything is done by email. I have filed 4 complaints via their complaints department and received only standard replies advising to see their website FAQs.
The only resort left to me is legal action.

Appalling lack of response. They have had my money since August 2019 for the original booking, cancelled due to COVID restrictions in 2020. Rebooked using the voucher for 2021. Cancelled again due to lockdown. Many emails and expensive phone calls and no refund yet.

We loved their accomodation but alas cannot book with them again in future. Sad.
Lies - No refunds & Worst customer service ever ?
I have booked several times and had good ski holidays in the past so we booked a Price Flexible booking over the summer and paid extra to have the facility to cancel up to 30 days before the holiday. The lady I booked with assured me this was 100% safe to get our money back if there was any reasons we wanted to cancel. This reassured us to book at the time as we felt with Covid we needed this facility.
We had to cancel two months before our trip and they are still not returning our money. Initially they tried to claim that our booking did not qualify for a refund so they could keep our money but luckily I downloaded all the terms of business prior to cancelling.
They have the worst customer services I have ever dealt with. They will not speak on the phone and just put the phone down or simply say it’s not their department and can’t help. The actual proper Customer services (which you can only email) finally did email me in mid December to say they would refund me.
However still no refund two months later. No one else has replied to any of my emails I sent in Jan and Feb and it looks like they are intent on keeping my money. Not even the offer of a credit note which at this stage I would probably accept!!
Crooks. I would be very wary of booking with them.
Great week in the Biarritz residence…
Great week in the Biarritz residence Haguna. The apartment was very clean, perfectly equipped, very well isolated. Staff is very nice too. We had a great stay with my boyfriend and were sad to leave! I strongly recommend.

Awful company won't refund money
Awful company. Zero customer service, zero interest once they have your money. Could not go due to Coronavirus, won't refund, only offer a credit note. By all means, subject your French customers to French law, but leave the rest of us out of this. Every other company we had trips with have refunded us. Just this one decided not to. Am sure this will reflect in future bookings.

I booked a stay with the company which I then cancelled due to a Wedding being cancelled due to coronavirus.
I was promised on the phone weeks ago that my cancellation was valid and I would receive a voucher to use on a future booking.
When I called today to check on this I was told they have never cancelled my booking and they cannot issue any refund, despite their error. It was the same woman I had spoken to previously who claimed to have no recollection of this.
I have been told I cannot speak to any supervisors and have been hung up on twice.

Very difficult to contact, and not much help when I do.
I made an online booking for a ski apartment. Unfortunately, my skiing partner has been diagnosed with cancer, so I need to cancel. Cost is €50, expensive. So I send an email (19 Nov 2019). Automatic reply promising action in 48 hrs. Today (29 Nov) I send another, and an automatic reply tells me this email address in inactive. Very poor !
So I try the call centre (long long wait ....). Eventually get an operator who is in Germany (I am in UK) and doesn't know how to do a cancellation. Finally he decides to ask for help, and will contact me in 4 days time....I'm not holding my breath.

I just booked a room at Hotel Vistamar in Portocolom for april 24 .they confirmed the booking allthough they know that hotel is not open, my friends booked different dates and they were offeret to stay at their other hotels because they were closed in April due to a problem. I have not heard from them regarding cancelation of my booking.. the Office could not provide me with a simpel answer if the hotel was open or not, left me hanging on the phone for 20 min listening to that awfull melody they play.. how hard can it be...causes alot of stress to my parents who are old and chose this hotel because it was close to town... hope to hear from them ASAP
