Initially very good
Initially very good, but let down when the second shipment of half the order (32 seals) was found to be only partly in stock (10 seals). I found this out a day after the 32 seals should have been sent to us, when I phoned to ask for tracking info on the first shipment which was initially lost.
Also, when I phoned for the tracking info I was promised a call back "as soon as I've done the job on my screen". After almost two hours I called back to find out the person who told me this had gone for his lunch hour. They seemed surprised I was not pleased.
I won't be rushing back to deal with this company.

Most expensive steel in whole UK. Be careful with this people because the mislead information on they website. Title make you think that you are buying 6m bars and you paying for 6m but in reality you pay per meter. Very expensive and very hard to get refund.
