A huge thank you to Sian Mills! She was very assertive and worked really hard to get us the mortgage we needed. She was extremely reassuring when we hit a bump in the road and fixed any obstacles we came across. Would highly recommend Plant Mortgages and will use them again in the future and ask for Sian personally.

Exceptional service. Frankie was warm and thoughtful right the way through the process. He calmly and expertly explained all details to me, meaning I felt in safe hands the whole way through.

Well everything started very promising and helpful at the beginning no question seemed to small.
But when I had some questions regarding the mortgage paperwork I didn’t hear anything for almost a week despite being advised I would be contacted that same day. Then my mortgage provider seemed to change 2/3 times which became confusing in the end so when I eventually found out who my lender would be I then sent an email to discuss some of my concerns over the mortgage paperwork and other fees I wasn't aware of but I never received a response to this which was disappointing.
As a first time buyer this is obviously an overwhelming and new process to deal with so it hasn’t really helped my experience with the lack of response towards the end.
More recently I had a courtesy call to check the progress of the sale which was nice and I was asked if they could sent over some surveyor recommendations which I thought would really help unfortunately this never happened.
I appreciate the service as it did help to get my mortgage but I feel things could of been handled better.

I cant thank frankie and his team enough,
dealt with everything so professionally even when i was stressing out he kept me level headed and took the weight of my shoulders, highly recommended service

Planet mortgages have been so professional and efficient with excellent communication during the whole process of buying my house.
I would completely recommend them if you need a mortgage. They will look after you during the whole process and talk you through everything you need to do. Everything is explained in writing as well. The mortgage was arranged with no delays at any stage. I felt confident if there was anything I needed to know they would answer my queries straight away. I am happy with my mortgage and feel it is the right mortgage for my needs. Sian Smith and Sian Mills are professional and helped me feel confident during this process and a big thank you to Sarp for sorting it all out and keeping in touch me all the time and explaining things clearly so I understood everything. I will definitely use them again when I need another mortgage or financial service.

Sian in my mind is one of the best in the industry! She just gets it done, she's helpful and nothing is stressful through out the whole process. SHE IS AWSUM!

Planet Mortages have to be the most amazing, helpful and committed company I have ever experienced. Sian Smith (our case manager) and Frankie (our broker), were outstanding.

As everyone knows going through the process of acquiring a mortgage, is extremely stressful, I don’t know what we would have done if we didn’t have the continued support and reassurance that both Frankie and Sian continually gave us. We had a very complicated case which neither collegeus gave up on, it really felt like they were fighting for our corner!

Although we didn’t have any contact with the lender directly, we had updates and discussions regularly to set out minds at rest! After around 1 and a half months, we got the call to say we’d got to the offer stage, and both me and my partner had never felt so overhelmed with happiness and joy! Like I said, if I had gone directly to the lender myself, I can honestly say I don’t think we would be in the same fortunate position.

Looking back at the beginning of our journey, neither me or my partner knew much about Planet Mortgages or the idea of someone doing the process on our behalf, as soon as we were approached by Frankie and were given a background into what they could do for us, it felt like a no brainer – and plus, with both of us working full time from home, we were able to focus on work, knowing full well our application was in great hands. So if you’re beginning your journey, I would strongly recommend going through Planet Mortgages to get you to your goal – they’re fantastic!

As a first time buyer I spoke with various banks and a couple of different mortgage brokers to learn as much about the buying process as possible. Planet Mortgages and Sian in particular really helped me to understand the buying process and provided me with information I wouldn't have known to ask about as well as giving me useful tips for the future even after I successfully complete on my first property.

I cannot praise Frankie and Sian enough for all of their consistent hard work. Always at the end of the phone no matter how many questions I had.
