I have been constantly overcharged, it has been a struggle getting my overpayments back, they do not refund but credit the overcharges in the next bill which is not legally right. Also, they do not follow instructions and have to constantly remind them or complain.

We use Pocket receptionist and we find their service top rate. We're a new start business and are in and out of the office all day. Rather than employing someone to sit in and take calls all day these guys do it for us. Money and time saver, would highly recommend.

Very professional set up and very good value for the service they provide.

I have found Pocket Receptionist invaluable for handling daily calls for our law business and taking a lot of the weight from our shoulders, allowing the lawyers here to focus on the necessary. The monthly bills are not too high either!

Probably one of the best investments we have made in our nine years of trading and i would recommend this service to organisation, large or small. It just takes the hassle out of managing inbound calls.

Used this company to try manage our large call volume - form the day we set up and went live customers would call and get disconnected this was not just a few calls every call that was passed over to them would get disconnected accounts team are very unprofessional and try their best to get money from you. Our company will be taking legal action in court against this company.

Pocket Receptionist has been a game-changer for our restaurant we have seen an instant increase in our bookings.

With a wide client base, many customers like to speak to someone on the phone and not just book online, older customers especially like to confirm their booking over a phone call.

The pocket reception set-up process was simple and quick, they were taking our bookings within an hour of onboarding. Since starting the service bookings have increased significantly, we were surprised as how many bookings we had been missing during the mornings, and at busy times. Not many people leave a message or call back when we miss a call. The receptionists at PR are lovely, so polite and friendly. Their pleasant demeanour has made a positive impression on our callers and created a great first impression. I’m so pleased with the service; my only regret is that I dint use them years ago.

These guys are awesome. They take the calls so I can crack on with the job at hand, knowing that any new and existing clients are being dealt with in a friendly, professional and caring way. My clients always say how nice the ladies are and how they sound like they are a member of my team. The price is so low and competitive compared to the service iv received.

I have tried a lot of other answering services but these guys are the best iv found by a clear distance! Their app is also an amazing addition as it offers real-time call recording, the ability to leave feedback (which they always respond to), and the ability to download my invoices.

I absolutely love these guys. They take my calls, filter out the junk I don’t want and email messages direct to the right team member. Saves me so much time assigning out work and I can manage my days so much better 10/10 :)

Less issues than I have experienced with other call centres and they are faster to rectify mistakes. These are definitely guys are above average. The administrative side of the service could be improved by auto emailing invoices, instead of havng to guess when you've been invoiced and then searching for them in the log in area.

Unprofessional & overcharge

Over the past few months our company has used Pocket Receptionists call answering service.

There have been multiple times where our calls have been handled very poorly by their representatives or not answered at all, even though we have paid extra for the “24/7” answering service.

They also overcharged us at every opportunity possible. The on average rates we actually payed were around 3x advertised once they get you with all the “out of bundle extras”, penalties and add ons which they don't even notify you that you are incurring.

In general the experience was not a good one and definitely not the sort of company I would recommend.

Avoid!

They subscribed my email from a post I made on a diet for disabled site. They refuse to remove me from their illegal spam list and continue to spam me. You want to do business with them, really?
