Damn a lotta bad experiences here. I have bought 3 sets over a year ago and none of them had any issues. 2 of them were for my kids who have iphones and the third is used by me with my samsung. They are all the matte black ones. I only found this page because I was looking to buy another set for my other son but the website doesn't exist. 😞

PodsBay is a complete scam! I ordered “Blackpods Pro” which was junk! The item arrived and I immediately tried to pair them to my iPhone. The pairing was successful but there was significant lag in my phone performance and I had no audio. I contacted the company, followed the troubleshooting steps and nothing worked. I was instructed to send them back at my cost. I spent $80 for my initial order and approximately $30 to ship it back. I followed all of the returning instructions which requested to obtain a tracking number. I shipped it the beginning of November 2020. According to the tracking, they arrived to its destination on 11/18/20. I’ve emailed them several times and haven’t received a response. I haven’t received a new pair of Blackpods Pro or even the broken ones. It’s safe to say they stole $110 from me!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a pair and they never came in ordered them Christmas with express shipping. last shipping update was the 31st of December it’s now pretty much February I don’t expect them to come

I can’t believe that this company is still able to be in business.
They should be shut down for selling this garbage!
I got two sets off the pods pro and I feel so scammed by these people.
I tried to talk to them with the endless problems I was having and they started to curse and swear at me.
Calling me a f%#king moron.
The worst customer service I have ever had I never thought that they would stoop so low.

The reps name is Michelle it was probably not there real name but that is the name on the email.

Stay away, total scam. Any positive reviews are either fake or just plain lucky. And you'll have to be REALLY lucky to have a good experience with this company. I ordered a pair of TWS AirPod clones and a black AirPods Pro ("Blackpods Pro"). The AirPods were ok, but don't work consistently, battery is terrible and they routinely lose connection and cause the iPhone music app to freeze and crash.

The Blackpods are a disaster. They had greasy fingerprints allover them, dust and hair inside, problems connecting and battery on one of them stopped taking a charge.

I contacted customer service and they sent me to a website to file a return, which requires photos and video of the non-working device, and after sending those, they tell you they don't see a problem, even though it's clear as day that they're defective. Then they tell you you can return them at your expense and they'll give a refund minus 15%. Total scam.

Ordered matte blackpods they came in late and after a week of usage my charging case stopped working (I didn’t even drop it or anything.) I tried everything but it wouldn’t charge my blackpods unless it was wirelessly charging or connected to a lightning cable. Can’t use them anywhere anymore and I always have to bring a charger If i want to.

Ordered October 16th ( Order: ***67) using coinbase so I didn't have to sign up for whatever 3rd party processor they forced you to use. I waited the 4 working days and never received shipping info, so I can assume my order was never fulfilled. I write in (under the wrong impression) that they couldn't send me the info, and requested it. The other review replies on here led me to believe if it was an issue with shipping info they wouldn't respond as it's all automated. I check junk folders and find my order confirmation but 7+ working days later still no tracking info. I write in again late October and apologize for my first correspondence and say I can only hope my order is in transit and something went wrong getting my tracking info. Almost a month after my initial confirmation email I receive a duplicate order confirmation dated Oct 16th still. A little piece of me thought oh they missed my order and are going to finally fulfill it a month late. I write in for the third time about the duplicate email and say if I don't receive tracking info for the second period of 4+ working days, a reply to my correspondence within a weeks time, or some sort of compensation for waiting over a month with no tracking info that I'll do what I can to get the charge refunded. Unfortunately crypto isn't the best for consumer protections and there's nothing I can do. I am now approaching two months without a reply or tracking info. Well past the 24+ working day marks for the original order date and I have heard nothing and received no tracking information. I'm sure some people have received timely orders no problem but I wouldn't advise anyone to take the risk with this retailer. If there is any sort of issue your product will never show up, and you will never hear a word from them. Hope you really needed that money. If anything you can stuff it in your pillow to help you sleep a little easier at night.

I have ordered the airpods and still have received a tracking number but if I don’t get them I’m going to take there website down like i did before

I received both of the earbuds a month after I bought them and to my surprise, one of them was brand new while the other was used. The case was dirty and the earbuds had evidence of earwax. You've could see that it was a return and they didn't even try to clean them and repackage them.
As a returning customer, I’m extremely disappointed; especially in the times we’re living with this Coronavirus pandemic. I've tried reaching them by emailing to all of their emails, FaceBook, and Instagram with no luck. I even put a post on their FaceBook page and added pictures. They removed them within minutes after I posted. They know what they're doing. They know that it cost almost the same price as buying a new one if you were to return them. Total scam! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from these scammers.
I'm on a mission to let everybody know in as many places I can post or talk about it. The actual name of the company is called "Essential Accessories". I encourage everyone to do the same. I'll post international review websites like this one to end this vicious business in a later update.

So disappointed- didn’t even get to use them twice!! Have the iOS 500 tws and they now will not recharge!! No troubleshooting on their web page, and I’m past the 30 day return policy. Wish I read reviews before purchasing.

I was excited to get an economical alternative to the expensive Apple Air Pods, but got scammed instead. Worked at first and then they would not hold a charge. Worthless now. They worked just long enough to put me out of the return timeframe. Don't waste your money.

Just like everyone else is saying...good while it lasted for 3 months. This is my second pair and both barely lasted 3 months. I reached out to PodsBay.com multiple times, and I can't get a response. They were cool for the 3 moths they worked, but now buying a THIRD pair...should have just bought actual AirPods. DO NOT BUY THESE! NOT WORTH IT!

I ordered and paid for my i500 Pro AirPods 3 weeks ago, still have not even received a tracking number much less the AirPods. Money was taken out of my account the same day I ordered. Order number was 22757. I’ve emailed help 5 times and get nothing but a autoreply to read the FAQ. No phone number to call. I was hoping these people wouldn’t steal my money.

Submit a complaint to the Federal Trade Comission so they can be investigated and shut down. The more complaints we send, the faster they will look into it.

It deserves a 1 star review because you dont get what you pay for. I ordered i500 Blackpods. It is stated on their site, that the battery lasts up to 4 hours, however it doesnt come even close to this. The left bud lasts MAX 30 min and the right lasts MAX 1 hour. Also the distance which bluetooth signal should be good is so short, that if I have my phone in my pocket I cant even listen to music normally.

It is a complete scam!

Also, the YouTube channel which reviews products from PodsBay is also a complete scam.

Please dont buy from this company. You wont get what you pay for.

I ordered a 3 in one Qi charger.
They sent a completely different one than I ordered.
Contacted support. Asked to return it for a refund. I was told that it’s a “new and improved one”. I told them I did not want it and I want a refund. I received nothing back.
After 2 months of holding out for contact. I tried to use is. It did not work at all.
AVOID AT ALL COST.
