Do not buy

Ordered the BlackPods Pro and the Air i500 TWS Earbuds. Once I received them, I charged with the included charging cable. I paired them with my phone. Noticed that both pods were showing different charging levels (1) when charging vs not charging; (2) when the left pod was out vs when the right pod was out. I emailed Customer Service. They stated that this is a phone software issue. They gave me an RMA but I had to pay for the shipping. Then they mentioned that most likely my return was going to be denied because it's an issue with my phone. I decided that lesson learned where "if it's too good to be true, it probably is". I had to eat the cost of the pods. I've been using the Air i500 TWS Earbuds and notice that they work okay but don't stop whatever I'm listening to when I take them out of my ear. They will also start playing if I just open the case. That's not the case with the true Apple airpods. The BlackPods Pro I've been using as well. Same issue where it will start playing by just opening the case. They will not stop playing if you take them out. The right one is completely dead. I've been charging it for 24 hrs and it will not play sound. The left one plays but any movement of your face will toggle them on and off. The battery life is also very short. I do not recommend.

Absolutely hate the I500 TWS PRO

Absolutely hate the I500 TWS PRO. I ordered them about 7 months ago and was completely shocked to find out that they literally do not even work properly, only one headphone would work at a time. That means that they both work but they will not pair together and work together. And that’s not to mention that they only worked for one month In that awful way until they stopped working completely a month later. I followed instructions to take care of them and did not harm them in any way. I wanted to return them but the problem is it will cost me to return them more than they are even worth.

Podsbay is a fraud!!

Podsbay is a fraud!!! You can get the same thing on aliexpress for a cheaper price AND better quality!! The airpods don't even have rename and GPS tracking. My left airpod came defective so I requested a refund. You have to sent it back to Australia! I was willing to lose $17 to send it back, but its an extra $16 to add tracking and your refund would be void without it. This is crazy as the airpods were sent from Chicago so you would think they would have a return address in the US. It really a gamble for your money and if your willing to lose more than $50 be my guest but I'd rather take that shipping money and buy some new ones from aliexpress.

Slow and Inconsistent, but somehow worth it.

I see a lot of people giving podsbay a bad review because their customer support is bad and their shipping is slow. I can confirm that both of these things are true. I got the item almost a month after I ordered it, the destination was unclear for the most part and their customer service kept blaming the COVID-19 crisis. I got the airpods, they work fine. They sound a bit muffled but you get what you paid for. In the end, buying from podsbay is a risk and I only recommend it if youre willing to risk your money.

Please do not buy anything from this…

Please do not buy anything from this company. They are very deceitful with the way they advertise their products. I bought a blackpod pro and there is a severe audio lag when watching videos, the sound quality is subpar, the transparency mode they advertise does not exist and the microphone makes you inaudible. They claim it's easy to return but they will reject your return.

If I could give a negative star if I could. Ordered 1500 pro on April 23, 2020 and as of June 17, still haven't recieved them. They will send a rude email in which someone would be assaulted if the same words were used face to face. I doubt package ever left China and the shipping company they use speaks Chinese only. I've requested my money back, all I get is an automated email from some female named Michelle blaming Covid-19. This company is stealing people's money and needs to be stopped! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!

Horrible customer service!

Horrible customer service! This company scams you out of your money faster than you realize it. They are quick to point the finger at you for being in the wrong! I've never seen anything like it before. A real and legit business would try and make customers happy. Zero effort from this company! Podsbay cannot be a legit business -they are SCAMMERS! They may sell you a product so you feel you got something of the deal, but you don't. You have an immature customer service email respond to you with no name but he/she is ready to tell you it's your fault and attempt to twist the situation to attempt to make you believe it was your fault. DON'T FALL FOR IT! DON'T BUY FROM THEM! ***PLEASE report International scams online at ecommerce.gov! The government needs to know about the scam so they can investigate. If they don't know about it, they cannot do anything about it. Please do your part and report your experience with this so-called "company".

DO NOT BUY FROM PODSBAY!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! bought i500 pro tws from them, didn't even last a week, tried returning them and they denied the fact that they didn't work then ghosted me for MONTHS, and then they told me i would have to send them to Australia, and how they couldn't give me a refund because it had been too late!!!! Never making an order from them ever again!!

Great at first, broke less than 60 days of use….

I tried to leave this review on Podsbay but surprise surprise...It will not let me leave a review.

I was really excited to get these, thought I found an economic solution where I didn't have to shell out $150+ for Apple wireless earbuds. Worked great for about 2 months then just quit working. I placed my order 3/16/2020, they did not arrive until 3/26/2020, and stopped working 05/22/2020. That is 57 days they worked.

I grabbed the manual and followed trouble shooting suggestions, since I was past the 30-day warranty period. I disconnected them from my phone via Bluetooth and then tried to pair it again. Nothing. When I press the button on the earbud case to pair with my phone the light just pulses white (As it should to pair) then stops after about 10 pulses then has one orange pulse. My phone doesn't detect the headphones but has no problem pairing with other Bluetooth devices I use daily.

Nowhere online had any suggestions to fix besides leaving the buds out of the case and letting the batteries run out to get a complete hard restart. Let the earbuds completely drain for 5 days. Tried to charge and reconnect but no luck, same problem.

I would be apprehensive to return these even if they would accept it since their policy states that if they are found to not be defective, they would charge a $25 restocking fee. I even tried to initiate a return through their “Return Centre”. After entering my order number, I got an auto response advising my order was over 45 days ago and they could not honor a return. The fact there is a whole “Return Centre” should tip a consumer off that they deal with a lot of returns. I don’t even want my money back, I just want to exchange them because they were wonderful initially.

Lesson learned, should have just bought the real thing.

P.S. These earbuds do not function for phone calls. When you read the manual is says such. I even tried them in a pinch for a work call and person on the other end said they could barely hear me. Shame on me for not fully researching first. I just thought I would highlight this since it was one thing I was surprised to learn.

STRAIGHT GARBAGE!!

The only reason for one star is b/c I can't give a negative star. Airpods pro pure garbage customer service garbage. They advertised easy return well when I received a return address it was in Australia needless to say I didn't spend the $ to send to Australia. BUYER BEWARE DON'T BUY!! I'm sure all the products are about the same quality/cheap...

don’t buy from them .wish and alibaba…

don’t buy from podsbay .wish and alibaba much cheaper .ordered two only received one then they tried to tell me they sent both. i had to call my credit card company to get a refund on the second pair. pod bat wouldn’t even respond i think they have a automated system.the pair i did get have a bunch of issues but u get what u pay for when trying to be cheap getting fakes.

PODSBAY SCAM - DO NOT BUY - Worst customer's service ever

Podsbay is a scam, and here's why:

1. As soon as you place your order, you receive the "buyer's chart" basically telling you that it is now impossible to cancel your order anymore, and that if you want to return the product, the shipping fees are on you and not on them. Why don't they say that when you place your order?

2. I received a product after a major delay of 35 days of shipping, even if they advertise a delay of 7-14days with *minor* extra delay because of COVID.

4. I have received a faulty product (left earbud not working at all despite trying all troubleshooting methods), and I am not the only one.

5. Most importantly: Podsbay customer's service is the worst I have seen in many years. They are pathetic and unhelpful. They IGNORE customer's messages when something is wrong with their items.

In conclusion: why spend a considerable amount of money TO an UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM SELLER that won't do anything for you after placing your order and FOR A PRODUCT that has great chances of not working?

If you consider buying these, don't. save some money and buy original ones from Apple. At least, if something goes wrong, they take care of their customers.

Rude company full of lies

Paid for the faster shipping the company then still hasn’t delivered the product 3 weeks later. They blamed the corona virus for the delays but used the shipping company with the worst review. While trying to deal with customer service I got the rudest emails I have ever received. If the shipping times were honest I would have paid the extra for the Apple product. The deeper you look on the website this company does not stand by their product and they have contradicting statements about the support you will get

Air i500 pro TWS earbuds - only good for 30 days then they stopped working

I purchased the Air i500 pro TWS earbuds in early March this year. For the first month they worked as advertised. After that time, the earbuds were increasingly unable to maintain a Bluetooth connection. As soon as they detected movement, the earbuds would disconnect. Now, 2 months after purchase, the earbuds are unable to maintain a connection to any apple device (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) for more than a few seconds. I’ve tried to get PodsBay to address the issue but because it is outside their 30 day returns policy, they have refused to address the problem.

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money! The ones we bought for our son broke after 2 weeks. Because we purchased them 37 days when I reached out to them about replacement they denied the return because it was past 30 days. They must know their products aren't good for longer than 30 days if they won't even give a replacement longer than that time frame.

Thieves

If I could give a half a star I would, just because I like the matte black finish. It took about a month to get, which is fine. I got these in the mail a week ago on a Saturday and that Sunday afternoon I submitted a request to return them. It’s not hassle free returns you have to submit a request, which they denied. I paid $71 for the BlackPod pros and I’m highly upset, because they false advertise. The YouTube reviews are bogus, these aren’t the same blackpods that are sold to customers. I really wish I had read the reviews before I purchased, but I have no one to blame, but myself. These people (Podsbay) need to be stopped. I highly recommend that you don’t waste your time and order there product. I do hope I’ve helped the next person from making bad decision.

Beware!!

I have had a bad experience with Podsbay... having purchased several of their products I then received a faulty pair which i have attempted to return to them for replacement. The level of service is non existent and I am now left with a dud pair of pods and recourse. In the end "you get what you pay for"
