Okay let’s get this straight podsbay is a amazing company I was really scared like most of you are when they arrived omg they were like the originals nothing was different has gps name change you name it. All these reviews saying they have ink and stuff over them thats the biggest lie because I saw a video of the factory they hand check the earphones to see if they are working properly thank you so much podsbay keep doing what you are doing amazing birthday present 🙏

Do not buy any products from Podsbay.

I bought 2 Air i500 TWS Earbuds on April 10, 2020. One for myself and one for my daughter. Today is May 20, 2020 so approximately six weeks later. I charged these pods all night last night and tried to use them on a conference call this morning. Battery lasted exactly 14 minutes.

2-3 weeks ago I tried to get a refund, they gave me the run around of taking pictures, filling out a form etc and then rejected my refund request. They told me that the 5 hour battery life on the pods was for "normal" use.

Whatever you do, do not buy any products from this company.

(Bad) Customer Service

This review may get removed which is fine by me. I was going to purchase AirPods from this website but as anyone does I decided to look at reviews. When I saw the way they respond to customers I decided I would not be going forward with my purchase customer service is such a big part of sales I'd rather be treated badly by apple with genuine products than to have these and be treated badly It seems like you have a good product I think if the customer service was better you would probably have more sales I was even considering telling friends and family about the product once I received it now I won't even be purchasing it I wouldn't want you to treat my family the way I have seen in the reviews below

Overpriced, don't buy

They sell you garbage for high prices which you can get from AliExpress for less than a half. Don't buy from them. I was really disappointed by their Blackpods Pro. They sent some review units to some YouTube channels, but they were different from what the consumers can get. The pair I got was totally garbage. Another pair, Powerbeats Pro clone was okay, but stopped to pop-up after 2 months of usage. They battery life of both pair are terrible, not as durable as what they claimed on their website. Latency, unreliable in-ear detection, bad connectivity, and some much more problems that I can talk for a whole day. Save your money, buy from Apple, for quality and convince, you will find the money worth that. Or if you really want clones, go and find some form AliExpress, you can find the same clones as Podsbay's, but a whole lot cheaper. DON'T BUY FROM PODSBAY!

Terrible customer service.

I ordered the Supercopy’s 2 April 2nd and to this day I have not received an order update. I got the confirmation with a tracking number when I placed the order but the carrier says they have not received the item. It has been about a month and a half. I have contacted PodsBay about 5 times and I get “Michelle” thanking me for my patience. That has been every reply. I know they can be a cheaper alternative but it’s not worth it. I guess I just paid over $50 for nothing.

Edit: Bullsh**. I just received a response from their team only after leaving a bad review. I received a confirmation email stating my order was processed right after placing my order. About 1-4 days to ship. Never got anything saying my card was declined. This is incorrect cause I paid via PayPal. No reason this would be declined. The response I just received is the absolute worst I have ever received. Like I said, all I got was a confirmation about my order but never told about payment not being accepted. Every time I reached out, all I got was a response saying they appreciate my patience. I was never told my my payment wasn’t accepted. The response team called me a “dense moth**fuc***”. Not offended but who does that. Don’t ever buy from here.

1) We never took your payment so......there was nothing to send considering as we haven't charged you JESUS ALCAREZ. I'm literally looking at your order right now and the various email corresondences to which you've been told some 10+ times that

A) We never took your payment as we declined your card
B) So obviously we aren't sending you an item considering we DECLINED your payment.

Guys whoever reads posts like this keep in mind real strongly most of these people who write comments on Trustpilot have literally no idea what they are talking about. We declined this persons payment and somehow they can't understand that.

Apple on Trustpilot has a 1/5 star rating. This is how useless and untrustworthy any review on Trustpilot is. The fact that this guy can write 1 star reviews considering we never even took payment is amazing.
He's been told this some 10+ times and still keeps coming back despite the fact we declined his credit card.
Trustpilot only serves as a platform for people to spread lies and rant like children when they dont understand simple facts that there credit card was DECLINED by us and hence we owe them nothing because we never took their money at all.

Faulty, now charging $25 re-stock as not returned in plastic seal!?!?!?

Ordered some BlackPods last month, received promptly but they didn't work, right earpod would stop working after 5min even after charging overnight!
Processed a return, sent them off only to be told they DO work and will be charged a $25.00 restocking fee since I opened them!
What even Podsbay? I had to open them in order to find out they don't work, and even had to put them in my ears, so of course they have signs of use!
Will withdraw my report to the ACCC Consumer Rights when I get my $25.00 refunded. C'mon, do the right thing here.

For basically $100USD you are far better just applying it to the *real Apple Airpods*. I hope Apple sues them into oblivion for the complete crap these are and their shady, slimy business practices and returns for defective products. You can buy crappy clones on AliExpress for $20USD.

not the best company

To be honest, the customer service wasn't the best but I would say the product I bought was decent for its price. I would say don't buy from Podsbay if you have the money to buy genuine AirPods but if you don't wanna make a hole in your bank account, I would say buy from Podsbay. Pick wisely as you will be stuck with your product/s for a while.

What a scam... I should’ve read the reviews

I ordered the Blackpod Pros and they were delivered faulty. They didn’t work properly and customer service wouldn’t help. I asked if there was a way to have them check that, if I did an exchange, they’d send a pair that they know actually works. When I asked that, they stopped responding to me, so I asked a handful of times over a couple weeks. They also refused to post my initial review ...and my second ...and my third.
I had to file a claim through Paypal and they finally responded saying they’ll just refund me- but I still have to pay for the return shipping from the US to AUSTRALIA.
This company probably sells some good products, if you get lucky and receive them in working condition. If not, they’ll ask you to pay the shipping back and forth for them to keep sending you faulty items until you pay go into the negative.
I should’ve paid attention to the YouTube reviews that said to avoid them. The reviews on here looks good, but I didn’t realize Podsbay wasn’t posting the bad ones. Podsbay is a scam. I’ll gladly share our correspondence if anyone wants

Not recommended, bad customer service experience

I bought a pair of Blackpods from Podsbay. The product is quite ok considering its price. However, there are a few things that they mentioned were not working on the product. First, there was no in-ear detection. Obviously, there was missing detectors on one side of the earpods each. I sent a photo showing them and asked for replacement but got rejected saying that they can spot the detector in the photos I sent, but totally ignored the missing one on other side. Very bad customer service. Tried multiple times, even shoot a message on Instagram but ignored. The second thing was the background noise. Although they didn't promised anything on the description, but the background noise is unacceptably obvious compared to other cheaper wireless earphones I have. All in all, you still get the product you paid for, but you are all on your own after that. I will never buy from them again, and would not recommend to anyone. Think twice before making purchases.

Horrible product

Horrible product! NOT ONLY have i waited 30 days yo get them while it said 7-10 days. They came in SCRATCHED and had weird black ink on the eartip. and if that wasn't bad enough they don't even work! they won't pair. It keeps giving me a error icon when i try to pair them. Horrible product

Total Scam

After receiving a pair Air i500 Pro earbuds, which arrived super fast, i tried them out. They would connect and then almost instantly disconnect. I tried the reset by letting them die, but it still didn't work. So i filed for an RMA on April 14. It was approved on April 17. It was shipped from Melrose Park, Illinois. I am in Ohio. The RMA requires they be shipped to Bellfield, Australia. Yes that's right AUSTRALIA. Keep in mind the customer is responsible for return shipping cost that is stated in the TOS, I am fine with that. But why can't it be shipped back to Illinois? Shipping to Illinois is around $8. Cheapest shipping to Australia is $78. Avoid at all costs. You can buy the similar knockoffs on AliExpress for around $30 and they provide free return shipping. Just food for thought.

Poor quality product and terrible customer service

I bought the near AirPod type device and it did not work out of the box. I contacted the customer service right away and they would not take them back or replace. The customer service were very rude and could not care less and had a very accusatory attitude. I recommend avoiding Podsbay at all costs unless you like products that do not work out of the box, poor customer service and to waste money.

Waste of money

Contacted podsbay within 10 days and received usual reset info. Persisted with them, but now 45 days post purchase they disconnect to device constantly and unable to reconnect. They don’t last the hours recommended in listening or talk mode. Now of course we are past 30 days so we can’t get a refund or exchange. Don’t buy - save up and purchase the original product!

DO NOT BUY FROM PODSBAY

DO NOT BUY FROM PODSBAY! I was super excited about the idea of saving money on earbuds esp if they were as close to the real ones as they claim, but DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY. At first glance they seem to be identical to the real earbuds by Apple, but after using them for a few days you immediately see that they are unusable (despite buying their "closest product" the i500 TWS). For starters, they would CONSTANTLY activate Siri without me touching them or talking to them, which would continuously interrupt whatever I was doing on my phone. Secondly, the battery life in the left earbud lasted 30 minutes while the right only lasted 1.5 hours (both significantly less than they claimed). Thirdly, the connection between my phone and my computer with the earbuds was TERRIBLE and it could not switch between them like the actual Apple ones do.

The worst part of all though is that their return policy is EXCRUCIATINGLY painful even for a defective product. They initially rejected my return based on a lie they created that I didn't activate the return within six days. I did do that, however, and had to send them proof to negate their lie. Then they made me pay return shipping to Australia (over $20) and once they got them back, they said that they were completely functional and wouldn't give me my money back. I had to file a dispute with PayPal and didn't get a full refund for two months (which was still -$20 for shipping).

BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Save your time and money and go elsewhere. They are a very shady and dishonest company.

Shady, stealing business practices..

Shady practices... Here is what I emailed them and basically what I said in posting a return request on day one their “Black Pods pro” was delivered and tested.

They keep loosing signal even with “auto detection” on or off to the point they turn off.

2. The top little sticker that’s supposed to be a vent or mic or whatever was loose and won’t stick.

3. Never records the correct battery level

4. Noise transparent and Isolation doesn’t work at all, it just keeps triggering Siri even with setting set to noise control only and even when I set it to one or both ear buds

5. Yes I have deleted and re connected several times

6. Yes I have let it charge in the case for two hours and deleted and tried everything another 3 times.

7. I’ve already filled out your online return for an exchange, and uploaded photos however I paid $20 for shipping and I see you guys are saying I have to pay shipping again?

What’s their response? DENIED RETURN BECAUSE THEY DONT OFFER NOISE CANCELLATION....

Wow all my concerns were ignored and they cherry picked one little section to deny my claim as if all other issues didn’t matter... Just ignore that their claim to “transparency” works actually wasn’t working and their stickers are falling off and the signal keeps dropping while I tried their “fix” several times is astonishingly stupid.

podsbay is garbage

Bought black pods for $94.99. Didn’t work out of the box, didn’t charge, doesn’t give accurate reading of battery on my phone. (Changes from second to second). Contacted customer support and they don’t have an option for getting your money back. Just store credit or replacement. I said I wanted my money back and they said you can only get it if you request within 5 days of purchase. Not sure if that’s the purchase date or date you have received them. Also they take forever getting back to me and don’t answer my question on how I can return the black crap pods and get my money back. Probably the worst company I have dealt with since TURO. Both companies are garbage.
