My right airpod (i500 tws) turned blue and isn't working. This is after not even 24 hours of it being delivered to my home. I tried to contact Podsbay and they aren't replying to my questions but replying with a "voicemail".
Why are they glowing blue and why isn't it working? I want a full refund or replacement because the product is faulty.

I500TWS simply the best
I have been using the i500TWS for over 2 months. In a word they are fantastic. Battery life is excellent, the music sound quality is excellent, voice quality is on par with the original. The pairing is quick as well as the connectivity itself. The addition of Hey Siri in the newly released model makes this the perfect choice.
Packaging wasn’t accurate
I ordered the AirPods 1 supercopy from podsbay, they arrived with usps which isn’t a problem, but unlike the other reviews I saw with them coming in a white box, mines came in a black box with the AirPods case being white. Can someone tell me why this is so? Or if they ever experienced this?

Best bang for buck
It’s amazing and honestly looks and feels like the real deal only problem is I can’t tell the percentage of my AirPods or case unless I start over but otherwise it’s brilliant
Where do I begin
Where do I begin, well to start I purchased the TWS i500, i do not understand why the company has removed so many reviews and it does make them look shady BUT here is my personal experience:
Delivery: 9/10 (5 working days and I live in the UK, that is fast!)
Communication: 7/10 (They don't always reply, but it's understandable as it seems like a small company)
Product Quality: 8/10 (Love them so far!)
To conclude, I would recommend using their site, with all the fake companies scamming people, I could see why people are scared to buy fake AirPods but trust me when I say this, the website can be trusted!

I need the product cause I paid for it. I know for a fact that no one took it cause I was expecting it so please if I can get the product or my money back please and thank you on top of that there is no way to communicate with you guys directly.

My podsbay AirPods are so awesome! I get compliments on them all the time and they are absolutely shocked when I tell them they aren’t apple! I’ve recommended these to all my friends. It is a very good replacement for the Apple AirPods! The magnetic clasp is almost my favorite part! Also, the charging technology is top notch! When you open your airpod case next to your unlocked phone, it will pull up the battery percentage of the charging case as well as the AirPods itself! Really amazing product!

I bought my AirPods and they arrived after 1 week delivered by USPS. I cannot really tell the difference between these and the real ones to be honest. Everything feels the same so yes I recommend absolutely.
Terrible product (Major Bluetooth connectivity issues)
Terrible. Absolute joke. Bought the products and at first it connected with Bluetooth and after the second time it does not even connect to Bluetooth anymore and I can’t use them. Emailed the company 2-3 days ago and still haven’t heard back. Don’t waste your money.

Case doesnt charge through Qi wireless charging pad (the standard for all electronics). When reached out to company, they stated that they claimed it wireless charges but didn't specify what standard. What a joke.
Update: reply by company was rude, like they all are on here. You advertise something as a function of the product, it didnt deliver, and refused to replace. The pods work fine, but this is a review on the company. Buy elsewhere for cheaper and not have to deal with jags like this clown. 1 star review, omg, feelings hurt. congrat

Overall good experience, happy with the pods
I bought the i500 TWS and I was very happy with it. The pods and the case felt very sturdy and good quality. The audio was unexpectedly really good too!
The only problem I had was that the pop up screen showed a different picture than what it was meant to. I emailed PodsBay customer service and they replied to me within a day or so. They were very helpful and explained several ways I could fix this. In the end, we figured out what was wrong (I was running an old IOS) and it's since been fixed. I'm now on IOS 13.1.2 and the pop up works fine! Couldn't be happier with the service.

Blames customer for buying newer…
Blames customer for buying newer hardware. No where on their site does it say that the refund policy that if new hardware comes out then it is not eligible for return. Customer service tone is very rude and condescending and accusatory. I hope Apple sues them.

I purchased the i200 TWS at their website and the dispatch went smoothly. Up to now, the courier driver delivered the parcel to an unknown neighbor who the name I don't even know. Trying to reach out for customer support to Podsbay and stated the situation, they refused to refund or proceed further as they only sent me the tracking number and wrote to me that the parcel was delivered and they cannot do anything.
From my perspective, the parcel is lost or missing. In that case, Podsbay is a very irresponsible and careless seller, because the seller refused to take care of the customer service and the responsibility of the lost or missing parcel. (as long as they took the money, they don't care about you).
I paid my hard-earned money a product, have not received it yet and the courier (may) falsified the signature and declared the dispatch status as "Delivered" (even though not). Paypal rejected the claim and I lost my money. So, I was disappointed and frustrated. Very bad and pathetic customer service.
If you are lucky to receive the product (without any defective), so be happy. Otherwise, do not expect too much about their customer services and support, you will really be disappointed.
Please avoid the shop at any cost and buy the product elsewhere by far cheaper and with better customer service.
