refund policy states "If we have not shipped your item however, please contact us at help@podsbay and we will offer you a refund." I immediately emailed the company the same day I ordered as I changed my mind on my order. But my emails were completely ignored. Even the Shipping Confirmation email was sent 4 days AFTER I sent that email. Company even dared to say that they only respond on weekdays. But I got a reply on this platform on a Sunday, the same week I ordered the item which I wanted to cancel since wednesday. So where's that reply during that 3 weekdays, from Wednesday to Friday?
my request for refund was ignored till it worked to their favour, where it did not apply anymore since it still got shipped days after sending them the email.

Got my pods about 3 weeks ago.
Been using them fine since then.
They aren’t real airpods & for the price I didn’t expect them to be. But they are VERY close to the real thing. Arrived quickly. Amazing cheap price. I don’t know what some of these other kids are writing. Sound like children expecting to buy fakes and get real airpods or something? If you looking for a top notch clone then these are the ones to get. Wouldn’t pay any attention to the other bad posts. Has not been my experience at all. Strongly recommended.

Product may look like the real thing but I quickly discovered features that were advertised didn't work properly and the seller does not stand behind the product. Would have cost $40 to return even though the product arrived nonfunctional. Figured dealing with a company vs AliBaba would have resulted in a better product, I was wrong. Steer clear of PodsBay, more expensive and don't stand behind their product.

Readers: This guy knowingly buys a clone and we ship it to him internationally for free (which is expensive) and he wants to keep his item and have us refund him when our item isn't even returned.
All businesses require items to be returned if the customer wants a refund. He was happy to allow us to ship it to him for free but not happy to then provide us the courtesy of returning it?

Fast, great quality. Don’t expect them to work exactly like the originals, but it’s really not worth the extra £150.
Gestures aren’t great but the sensors are perfect, great sound quality and connection is easy and fast. They look 1:1 and the lid feels awesome.

I purchased the i500's about a month ago and I tell you NO ONE can tell the difference to the real Air Pods ;-) they have been flawless in operation, pop up's on iphone's, will tell you % of battery on Android devices. All the touch features work, comfy to wear, sound great, look identical to the real Air Pods even my Kids who have the original could not tell the difference ;-) , charge well, one single charge gets me about 5 hours 30 min on about 65 Volume, case does me at least 3 full charges. I have nothing but good things to say. Podsbay are great , quick delivery, answer all your questions, very helpful, just fantastic to be dealing with people that understand you and your questions, I can totally recommend Podsbay shop without worry they are AWESOME !!!

very poor service, I have received a defective product and should now pay over 35€ for the return shipment so that I get replacement.
can only advise anyone to buy on podsbay.
Have bought me now on AliExpress some, they have not even cost half and are just as good, or even better.

Our policy on refunds was publicly available to you the entire time where it clearly states (as most businesses do) that if you wish to return something the cost of return shipping is on you.
We sent you your product for free with international shipping. We will not be also paying for free international returns on an item that costs under $70 dollars.
Furthermore you expected us to simply refund you based on ranting racially derogatory and expletive laden emails. We asked you for video or picture evidence and you refused to provide and then you also refused to return your item for a refund.
