Sign up was straightforward yesterday. I find you don't know how good it is until you try to make a claim! £20 per month cheaper than previous insurer, cover looks the same.

I bought this pet insurance for my puppy and found it easy to set up. I have not needed to make a claim so far, so I cannot comment on the claims process. However, I bought the insurance partly on the basis that I would receive a pet hamper worth £35. When this finally arrived, it was a huge disappointment. The “hamper” was actually a gift bag which contained a grand total of one 100g bag of dog treats, plus a tennis ball, a very basic toy made of canvas, a small packet of pet wipes, and a broken biscuit. Most definitely not worth £35, in my opinion.

Very competitive price, easy to set up,I've never claimed as I've only just become a customer so cant comment on that aspect of it but so far it's great, would recommend on price and set up though.

Quick response to our initial claim against the consultation fee, with settlement soon after. Awaiting on the claim for the surgery.

I have been using them for years for my cat and they have been great. They've paid promptly and never denied a claim. Prices are reasonable, I would highly recommend.

Haven't had to make claim so far (thankfully) but found application easy to do. Also spoke to customer service and found really friendly and helpful.

I have been loyal to this company for many years. They have repaid me by increasing my monthly payment from £128 to over £400. In the time I have been with them I can only remember claiming twice.
I will never use them again and would advice others to think twice

The whole process was handled smoothly and efficiently.
Most of it was done online, but when I needed to talk to a real person, my query was handled professionally and with courtesy.
