Why does everyone want a review?!
I input my details. You took my money. I have luckily had no reason to contact you since.
I’ve been asked twice now for a review of me filling in simple forms with no input or actual help from you. 3 stars is no more and no less than I am willing to give you. You did your job you didn’t go above and beyond what is required.
You can ask me again if I ever have to use your services and actually speak to a person. That’s when an actual experience review would be valid on how well you dealt with my claim.

I have a 7 year old Labrador who required a scan to determine the cause of her intermittent lameness. We our insured with Post Office Pet Insurance. The claim was settled within 5 days and our vet paid. I couldn't ask for a more prompt and efficient service. Thank you.

Fantastic service in every area
Fantastic service when I made a claim after my dog sustained injuries from a dog attack. Quick efficient service on line followed up by written confirmation. Claim was settled within 2 weeks. Couldn't recommend post office pet insurance highly enough.

Disappointed
Shocked that they will not cover my spaniel for grass seeds because he had a previous grass seed removed. This was not made clear on purchase of the insurance, only when my standing order was set up and they looked at past medical history. This is not a chronic condition so he shouldn't be at any greater risk than the next dog who walks on grass!
