The length of time it took to deliver the order was most unsatisfactory. I even started thinking that this was one of those FB scams that get posted every day. Thank goodness I got my order in the end.

I found the Company loyal as it gives you exactly what you ordered and on time.

Placing an order was easy and efficient. The company kept me up to date on estimated delivery times. The product came with clear instructions on usage 👍

Delivered on time and I liked the product.

The pillow I purchased is of great quality. However, the packaging needs some thought, as the pillow isn't protected within the packaging. Whilst cutting open the envelope packaging, I also cut open the pillow, losing thousands of the pillow's inner particles. I then had to stitch up my new pillow, but obviously it isn't as stuffed now as it was. Definitely need better packaging or a clear warning that the product is directly enclosed and could be damaged when opened.

The goods I ordered works só well - hubby is very happy!
Service was great - the only drawback was the waiting before it was delivered. Took nearly 3 weeks. Surely it can be quicker.
Will order again though.

The products provided were the same than what was advertised, the delivery was within about 7 - 10 days from overseas to South Africa. I am using both products ordered and they work well.

My mother ordered shoes in April. Their website says that the shoes have been delivered, but it is a lie.

Please don’t order from this company, they are not reliable!!! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my mother-in-law and by mistake pressed a button and another payment went off my account immediately. I tried to cancel the ‘third pair of shoes’ but was told they could not cancel it as the order is already in process and they will take me through the steps to return it once mom has received the parcel. What a lot of bull!!!!!!! My mom went to collect the parcel this morning and guess what???? No third pair of shoes??????? I have sent another e-mail and will probably only hear from them again in 4 days time and I am sure, with MORE EXCUSES. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, YOU ARE GOING TO LOOSE YOUR MONEY!!!
