The product ordered is of such poor…

The product ordered is of such poor quality, it broke immediately. I am trying to get a refund but is not getting any responses. I ordered a back strap and it looks like a 2 year old sewed the pieces together on a street corner. Stay away

Defective EMS Foot Massager

I ordered the EMS Foot Massager for a friend. It was not what we expected. Also it was defective. The right socket on the control unit has a small wire in it missing and wouldn't snap in and stay connected. I requested a refund and they want photos of the item and defect. I have not heard back from them yet l. Also the web page stated that the item didn't have to be sent back when you receive a refund but I've also read if the item is sent back you have to pay the return shipping, That's bs. The only thing positive was I received it in 5 days from China.
Update: I sent them photos of the item and defect. I received another reply and this time they wanted a short video of the item and defect. I told them are they kidding and that I already sent them the photos and they still wanted a video. I have not replied nor have they contacted me anymore. I'll just eat this one and chock it up to experience not to buy anything from this company. So don't buy anything from this company.

Scamming Chinese company!!!!

Guys, pls pls pls don't buy anything from this Chinese company. I bought a pair of ergonomic shoes from them a few weeks ago, they sent the wrong size and the shoes was not at all as pictured. When I requested a refund as per their 45 day money back guarantee, they told me to save me the hassle of returning the product they will offer me a 45% refund which they advised has been processed. After not receiving the refund more than 2 weeks later I emailed them and they now requested proof of the package I received even after I sent them my order number and pictures of the shoes and all the other info they have. Now they are blatantly ignoring my emails, no response, nothing. They operate like the company WISH from China, their products are fake and bad quality. Please do not buy anything from them, you will receive rubbish for your money and the refund and money back guarantee is fake, its a lie. Their website should be banned and closed down. Pls check their reviews on Google and here on hello Peter and see for yourself.

SCAMMERS!

I ordered and paid but nothing ever arrived. I has been almost 1 year of unsuccessful communication to first try to track my parcel and later arrange for a refund. Suspect fraud.

STAY AWAY - FRAUD!

I purchased a Foot Massager in December 2022. It arrived 3 months later - defective. Does not work at all! Every single day since then I have been emailing and messaging their "team" - I get automated responses, no one cares. No refund. No communication. HORRIBLE company who takes your money with no working product or refund. FRAUD.

I saw the ad for the foot product and thought wow! Just what I need! As always, I looked up reviews and saw what 100% of customers were saying. Thank all of you for saving me the headache of dealing with this company! I sincerely wish that you didn’t have to deal with this scam. Always do your homework! Never trust an online company without first doing your homework. You worked hard for your money!

Buyers beware

Buyers beware. Chinese fraudsters pretending to have a store in ZA when actually there is non. You will receive poor quality goods that resemble nothing like those advertised if you receive at all and over and above, the duty will be almost equal the cost of the purchase. Takes months to arrive (if it does) and no help from the sellers. Complete fraud.

Its been a month and the promised refund has not been received

It took more than a month for the item to arrive, but on arrival it was faulty.
I immediately informed Postur, and they promised to refund, but have not done this.
Is there anyway I can retrieve my funds? I am at a total loss.
The merchant is acting suspicious, and is not responding to my follow up.

Zero Stars… RUN!

Unfortunately, you have to select at least 1 star otherwise it would be zero stars and strongly suggest they be shut down. Very similar stories from other victims of this scam.
I purchased a foot massager. It worked for 3 days then it didn’t work anymore. I emailed Postur to ask how to proceed about a defective product. Exchange or refund? “Alba” responded with send them a video of the product not working… so I did. After a few attempts to know what they were going to do… they emailed with saying they would refund my money.. it should take 5-7 business days to reflect on my credit card. Weeks went by with no refund. Many emails went unanswered. I then disputed the charge with my credit card. The bank puts the money back on my card pending investigation. THEN because I get advertising emails now from Postur from “Alba”, I reply with very rude statements such as calling them thieves and liars and other choice words. Now just recently I received an email from “Klara” from customer service asking me to cancel the credit card dispute so they can refund me because the dispute blocks them from giving me a refund. 1. I responded with I don’t trust you!… just say OK to the dispute and we’ll be good. A second email asking me to cancel the dispute.
2. I called my credit card to tell them what Postur is asking me to do and my bank says I can’t cancel the dispute if I wanted to and yes, Postur could just agree to the dispute and all will be good but they are playing games. I have all the proof of emails saying they would be refunding me as well as a snapshot of their “45 day Satisfaction Guarantee “
Bottom line… don’t buy anything from these snakes!

POSTUR ZA are thieves

POSTUR ZA are thieves. I purchased 3 items, only 2 arrived and they don’t respond to mails or calls. The local company they use for their deliveries is called Buffalo. They are equally as dishonest and disorganised. Shame on you!!! Bunch of scammers and resellers of Chinese products with a website shamelessly advertising yourselves as a South African company.

I did pay R 1,098.00 through FNB from South Africa last Thursday 9-03-23 for a foot pad, but no reply as yet, I have sent emails but say address not found now how do you do business through Facebook like this,it said 2-4 day delivery and will keep me informed, no answer from them at all

Be very careful dealing with Postur UK

Be very careful dealing with Postur UK, I ordered a foot massage pad in December last year, took over a month to arrive, when it did arrive, unit was faulty.

Contacted customer services and was asked to take a video of the unit and send it to them. Since then all I have had is promised till I asked it to be refunded ( Their 45 Day Money Back Promise) don’t believe them.

I have dealt with Klara and Alba who conflict each other, you would believe they do not work for the same company.

I have no trust in this business and would recommend you do not deal with them as once they have your money, service stops.

They are the worst company for service and honesty i have ever dealt with and personally will NEVER deal with them again.

I also since found out you can buy the same item here in South Africa from Gadgetbru for 1|3 of the price you pay from Postur and fantastic service, delivery overnight.

Postur lacks major customer support

The products I ordered FINALLY arrived today after a very long waiting period with very little communication from Postur in between. After reading the other reviews, at first, I thought it was a scam too. The problem is, don't make promises to people that you can't deliver, and if you know there are going to be delays in delivering a product to a customer, then just communicate that and have proper channels available for your customers to contact you. For the moment I cannot fault them for the actual product, as it is per what they advertised.

Delivered but misleading ad, not value for money.

So I ordered this neck device for straightening posture and it was supposed to arrive with a 'free' book which it didn't. Not worth the R850 I paid but luckily for me, reading other reviews, Buffalo did deliver the article and confirmed delivery on tracking email. I have received other online orders via Buffalo and am pleasantly surprised.
Despite what this company promise I would not advocate dealing with them.

From all the reviews on your site, I agree that this
'on line' Company is not legit.
They debited my Card on 19 January 2023.
E-mails addressed to the SA address and well as to their UK address, are returned undelivered.
Contact numbers do not exist.
My Bank are handling a dispute on my behalf.
