False advertising..

False advertising... The product is inferior and rubbish, Definitely not worth paying for. The companies after service and return policies does not exist.
Don't deal with this company...

Placed order and paid on 7 Jan 2023 a whole pile of emails received, unable to track or contact Postur.

On 7th received confirmation
on 9th Jan more marketing arrived
on 9th Jan was told shipment on the way with a tracking number..YT2300921272277920.. that does not track
on 10th more marketing
on 15th I was sent mail to follow order status
Well that link wont even open.
Terrible to know you have been scammed.

What a load of rubbish

What a load of rubbish, They sell you an impressive Idea a send you rubbish. It is literally a placebo notion, a cloth with some art work and a Tamagotchi tech device from the 80's. The lcd Screen is of such poor standard it is actually comic. The courier company is just as incompetent. BuffaloZA is the worst courier company on the planet earth. Client service is not even an option. Take our bad service or loss your parcel.

Postur is a scam. …

The pillow i ordered looks nothing like the 1 advertised. It is a miniture and cheap material filled with little beads. I can get a better pillow from PEP stores. Also if you click on their email, you get thrown out of mail.

Complete rip-off

Complete rip-off. Products not as advertised and poor quality. Most atrocious service from both them and their shipping company. Shipped from China and eventually received the package months after the order. Please do not believe in their shipping policy or their money-back policy.

Good experience

I have ordered the Sleep Mask Pro from Postur via an ad that I saw on Instagram. Only after I ordered did I read the reviews on Trustpilot and Hello Peter and thought: oh crap, I'm losing my money. To my surprise, they pulled through and I have received the product. Order was placed on 26Dec22 and delivered by Buffalo Pretoria on 17Jan23. The tracking of my order on the Postur website was very accurate. The company is UK based and products are shipped from China.
As a side note, I do advise to use a virtual card for purchases and to perhaps first check on Takealot if they sell the same product at a cheaper rate (As the sleep mask pro is also sold on Takealot for much cheaper).

Order marked as delivered but not received

Bought a product in December 2022; the tracking number given on the order confirmation doesn't exist; no response to messages sent on Facebook; no reply to emails except today I got an autoreply with a new link to track my order, which told me that my parcel had been delivered. Which it hasn't. The only phone number on the website is a UK number, although the website is a co.za domain. I'm not sure that this company actually exists, although they freely advertise on Facebook (they caught me this way) and should be banned from that platform as their business page doesn't provide any contactable details.

If I was not forced to tick a star I…

If I was not forced to tick a star I wouldn't. I do not believe this company exists. They are scammers and no reply on any queries. Claimed my parcel was delivered, although I haven't received it. Their telephone number on the website does not exist. I have contacted consumer protection. Do not order anything from them!!

Caution! Very bad service.

purchased a product beginning of December. If I check the delivery link it shows the product has been delivered. Support appologised and wrote this has been a mistake. Since then no correspondence, no reaction to emails. Pretending false facts that they are in South Africa, which they not. Extremely bad service and informed Consumer Protection now.

Horrible service. Don't waste your time or money on them

Absolutely horrible service. Their chosen courier service claims to have delivered a parcel - they did not. The courier company - Buffalo Couriers, never use - doesn't answer emails or calls and when I tried escalating it to Postur their answer was basically, our records show it was delivered, not our problem. Horrible customer service. Don't buy from them, their promise of 100% satisfaction is a lie because they can't even keep the promise of getting the product you paid for delivered. Don't waste your money.

SCAMMERS

Your courier service claims they delivered my package. When I track this parcel it reflects a delivery @ a time no one delivers in SA at 22H33 plus their is NO SIGNATURE NOR A NAME of who took delivery of this parcel. Phoning the customer care number is fruitless. NO ONE ANSWERS. PLEASE GIVE ME ANSWERS OR MY MONEY BACK

Total Scam

I nearly got caught. The twist now is that they get your bank details but pretend that the bank did not authorise the credit card. Then they use the bank details to test your account with a false Google payment of a minimal amount and then send through bigger charges to the account.
Luckily Standard Bank caught it about the same time I read the review from Tracy G.
Thanks to both of you.

Be careful out there :)
