I thought they were a UK based company due to the name of the website but I can confirm that my laptop battery was delivered and worth the wait

A very good shopping experience, the seller is very professional, the battery received works very perfectly, it is worth recommending.

It's nearly 2 weeks since I ordered a Lenovo replacement battery and it still hasn't arrived. Evri post has not updated since stating they have picked it up 10 days ago and is not replying to my email about it. Power supplier is saying it's in UK but still waiting for it to turn up.
Update-Battery arrived today after 2 weeks. Everythings works with it installed so ratings changed to 4 stars with one deducted for the late post arrival.

My old laptop is about to retire. After searching for this store, their technicians recommended the most suitable product to me. I felt very good after using it for a while. Then I bought another laptop battery from this store. I was very satisfied with their professional and patient explanation. Thank you again for your help!

Wrong battery delivered! Direct from China, so not an English company despite the co.uk website address.

FRAUD AND SCAMMER DO NOT USE THIS ILLEGAL SITE, I have reported this company not only to trading standards but also to the bank, they are operating under a uk address when (based)overseas, they gave a fake delivery tracking code, found this out when i contacted the tracking company and when i contacted the bank found out they set up a reoccurring payment, this has now been cancelled. IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY YOU WILL ALSO BE SENT A EMAIL THAT SEEMS TO BE A AUTOMATED EMAIL WITH NO HELP WHATSOEVER

I see some bad reviews here but my experience has been positive. I bought a Lenovo ThinkPad X280 which was refurbished and in excellent condition. I upgraded to W11 but the battery test showed the battery at 30% of it's capacity. I looked online and these batteries were being offered for up to £50 but saw that Power Supplier offering for less than half that. Took a chance after admittedly a couple weeks a new looking expertly wrapped battery arrived. A perfect fit and the battery test showed it's capacity at 100%. Very satisfied so 5 stars from me.

The customer service was very patient in helping me select the right products and gave me a beautiful gift. The battery used very well, as if the laptop had been revitalized. Thank you very much for your help.

In one word, they are scammer and thieves!

Avoid at all costs. Waiting weeks, nothing arrived. Blamed postage issue. Not based in UK, based in China. Scam.

Misleading website to make it look like they're based in UK (using .co.uk) but actually based in Hong Kong. My experience was exactly the same as "gaz Matts". I ordered a battery advertised as 41Wh but received one with max capacity of 24Wh. Contacted them about it but was told some nonsense that "their battery is even higher capacity that the original so the laptop measures it incorrectly". After using multiple independent programs to come up with the same capacity, was then given the same generic nonsense about "charging them several times and it will increase in capacity", thereby breaking the laws of physics and thermodynamics! Refuse to refund me and kept asking me to use it for another week multiple times (I suspect to drag it beyond their money back period). In the end, arranged a chargeback via my credit card.

Update (25.2.24) - battery has completely failed. surprise, surprise.

This company is a scam. Ordered a battery and waited and waited and waited. Tried to cancel the order but kept getting the same excuse ridden emails. Finally they offered to send me some stupid trinkets for my trouble. Avoid them at all cost.

ORDER A REPLACEMENT BATTERY FOR MY LAPTOP,THEY SENT A SMALLER CAPACITY BATTERY AND TOLD ME SOME RUBBISH ABOUT KEEP CHARGING AND IT WILL GROW IN SIZE,ASKED FOR PROPER BATTERY OR A REFUND ,JUST KEEP GETTING STUPID EXCUSES,WILL GO TO BANK TO TRY FOR A REFUND,AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I moved into a property where the housing association had already agreed a switch to Boost energy,as soon as the switch happened nothing but problems,I have a smart meter and have an app to top up but somebody at boost changed it to a credit meter.

After many attempted phone calls where the wait time exceeds the 10 minute wait time I opted for the call back option at least twice,the two times I did get through I was promised the problem would be resolved,today on the chat function I managed to chat with someone who knew what to do,wait times on a phone call of over 10 minutes tell you a lot of how bad they are.

I bought Macbook pro battery. It came I could not get it to work. So contacted company. I sent long email. I tried all what they told me. I contacted Paypal got my refund. I bought another battery from a different company. Tried it I had the same problem. I then tried my old battery still could not get it to work.
I that put the battery from Power Supplier back. I was going to take it to TEC shop but it started working. So i contacted power supplier to see how I should sent them the money

The web presence for this "company" appears in the .co.uk as well as .biz domains and has appeared elsewhere. If you read the T&C you will also see that it seems to be attbat dot com and also possibly .co.uk
I am sorry to say it seems to be a company you probably don't want to do business with. It is either incapable of getting the simplest businesses processes done properly or it may be a scam. Either way, like others here, they had no problem taking my money but no success at getting any batteries shipped. The pattern seems to be to provide tracking numbers that are not delivered to the shipper and then to apologize and reship with another tracking number where the batteries are never delivered to the shipper and on it goes until you run out of time to dispute the charge. I did not find the prices to be too good to be true but they were very competitive for something that claims to be using high quality Japanese batteries and shipping domestically. It really does look like the batteries never will be shipped. I'll update the post if that changes but I definitely would not order from these people if you need your batteries within a month.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They are a complete scam. Disgusting that companies like this are allowed to be on the internet

I read these reviews too late. Ordered a battery, and just got email everyday asking for more time. It is apparent they're out to rip you off.
I'll be escalating with Paypal.

I ordered 2 batteries for my Dell laptops and paid £53 and was given a 7-10 day delivery time, which I thought was a bit odd from a UK based company.
Since that time, I have only received one email in response to my four, explaining that delays were due to Covid and that my batteries were in the depot, awaiting delivery. As I ordered these on the 13th January, and it is now the 15th of March, I now know that this Company is based in China and not the UK as their trading title suggests.

I think my batteries are coming? by a Chinese junk so it will have to rely on good trade winds.

Joking aside, this Company are rip off merchants and I only wish I had looked for reviews before ordering.
