The worst online merchant, do not trust. My order was placed and paid for on 6-30-20 on 7-24-20 still haven't received item. They created shipping label but never shipped. Called PayPal and asked for refund, but that takes time. Doing business with them is asking for your money to be stolen.

Dont even bother, a bunch of absolute shisters, trying to bill for power I've never had or used in a property i left over a year ago, then threaten to take me to court! Their prices are beatable just research more,but their customer services (what a laugh) are completely usless. DONT USE THEM

I ordered a replacement battery from this company because it was less than half the price of others I saw advertised online. I thought it was a UK company until I saw my PayPal receipt. I contacted customer service to complain and they replied within hours to reassure me I would receive the battery and it would work 100%.
Delivery took 4 weeks, I contacted the company three times while waiting on delivery and each time Jessica from customer service responded very quickly. I have had to wait over 2 weeks for some packages to arrive from UK since the Covid 19 crisis so all in all I'm very happy with my purchase and especially impressed with the customer service.

I wanted a replacement Lenovo battery for my Thinkpad PC, as the original wasn't holding charge that well. The product I ordered had a picture of a genuine Lenovo battery, so I assumed that was what I was ordering. Wrong!

It was considerably cheaper than Lenovo, so maybe I should have been suspicious, but it was marked half price on special offer.

I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order, so a few days later I emailed their UK email address, asking for confirmation of my order. I did after a couple of days receive a reply (friendly but in poor English), saying that I would receive my battery in a few days. Then the confirmation email also arrived, saying it could be up to 12 working days.

The battery arrived today (after 13 working days). It is NOT a genuine Lenovo battery, but an unnamed compatible.

It does work with my laptop, but does not appear to have a very long life compared to the original.

It's not worth the hassle sending it back, so I will keep it, but I don't have the confidence that it was made to the safety standards I expect e.g. from Lenovo.

I don't think I would use this company again, but maybe I got what I paid for.

I order battery in 3 march until today nothing !! very bad!

I have just opened a dispute with PAYPAL. I ordered a laptop battery on March 20th-believing that this was a legit UK Company.

No acknowledgement was received after I had clicked pay, neither have I heard from them since I ordered it.

Normally, I would wait another few weeks before starting the resolution process, however given the reviews below, it is highly unlikely that I will be receiving my battery anytime soon.

It’s actually all due to my own stupidity. I was informed that due to the pandemic, I would be working from home, I thought great time to get a new battery.

As local stores were closed, I went online. Alas, I should have checked here first. I got caught by a similar “enterprise” a few year’s back, on that occasion I successfully went down the chargeback route.

Update- I sent an e-mail and a few days ago and received this response (same as another poster below)

“Thank you for your email. We are very sorry for that. We have processed your order and shipped the item to you by PostNL company, this item have arrived AT DESTINATION TRANSIT CENTRE. Because these days the customs checked battery is very strictly, so delivery time will more than before. Please do not worry, we have fax this case to shipping company, and our warehouse colleague have contact the post office to deal, you will received it within a few days. Here is apologized again for the convenienced”

It is now almost five weeks since I ordered from these Charlatans.

Caveat Emptor with this Company.

Ordered the charger almost a month ago. No charger still, no one replies to my emails... £16 down the drain. Wish I read the reviews!

Scammers, say they are based in UK (at least that's where the shipping is supposedly done by), but are chinese owned/operated.

Emailed them within 12 hours of placing the order (on a Sunday) to be to told that the goods had been shipped already. Yeah right.

Exact email in quotes below, hardly from someone who speaks English.

It's a SCAM.

I'm complaining but probably unsuccessful cause it's Chinese...

This is not a company I will ever deal with again. I ordered a replacement battery for my laptop through their website thinking it was a UK based retailer. A day after I ordered it, I got a note from them with Chinese characters in the sender address that they were happy I had ordered with them and to reach out to them in case I had any questions.

A battery turned up three weeks after ordering it. It was a completely different battery to the original battery it was supposed to replace.

I immediately contacted them and they still claimed it was compatible with my laptop - even after I sent them pictures showing it next to the original.

After weeks of not getting anywhere they have now asked me to send it to an address in China for assessment by some technician. Completely irrelevant as it is the wrong battery. All I want is a refund.

I will definitely avoid them in the future and I hope this review helps others to stay away from them too.

Minus 5 star, cheater and a liar, just don’t order anything from them.

Words fail me about dealing with this crowd who are complete SCAMMERS. They are no UK company which you are given the impression they are they are in fact Chinese. When I paid for my item which I never got I thought I was paying through paypal so I contacted paypal to find out that they had no record of my payment despite the fact that money had been taken out of my account. According to paypal they are paypal customers but that was the end of their involvement. 4 weeks down road of getting their stupid emails which meant nothing my bank my money back. So please contact your bank and get a chargeback if you been a victim of the SHOWER OF SCAMMERS. PLEASE ON NO ACCOUNT ORDER . FROM THEM IT IS NOT WORTH THE STRESS.

I ordered a battery for my laptop and then read some really bad reviews . Wasnt expecting to recieve anything and started a complaint with paypal but lo and behold my item arrived two weeks late. Works perfectly so im a happy chap...no complaints at all..cheers

Never received my battery which I paid £19 for. Contacted seller numerous times but had no reply. DO NOT USE!!

Received a notification that they have received payment and will received in about 7 days. Emailed after 14 days and got all the rubbish email that unfortunate people who got scammed. After a month, I filed a refund for paypal to investigate and within three days I received a refund from paypal.

They are a scammers and should face justice legally. They say they on the website the shipping address is UNIT 10 EXPLORER ,VOYAGER PARK, PORTFIELD ROAD, PORTSMOUTH, PO3 5FL, GB. I live in France and unable to visit but if anyone lives near, could someone please investigate and report to the police that this is an illegal company?

Seriously bad communication issues. Sent at least 20 email via there "CONTACT NOW" and sent email to them direct.
Absolutely no response over 5 day period.
If you get no response to a basic inquiry, then what kind of service will you get if you did manage to buy an item from them????
Does power supplier UK exist? Has anyone had response from them to their enquiry?
