Ordered a battery 23rd Nov. Got no confirmation mail. That's when I got worried, found the reviews in Trustpilot and got really worried. Wrote them a mail about the confirmation mail. Got an apologizing mail next day one minute after the confirmation mail arrived. 3rd Dec I got a mail through Paypal with tracking number. With that I could track the package until it arrived on 5th Jan. Contacted the customer service (Jessica) a few times. Always nice and prompt but could not do anything after it was dispatched.
Seems like this is one of those companies delivering from mainland China with slow postal services that would be OK if they did not promise "7 - 12 working days" delivery time. The battery I received works perfectly fine, the right model, with excellent health status. Not questioning other reviewers' experience here but if you don't mind waiting for over a month, you might even consider buying from them, their prices are really tempting.

Cant give Zero - avoid, this is a scam. Website looks legitimate, but there is nothing there. The email addresses should have rung bells, but I was in a rush to buy a new laptop battery. Have escalated with PayPal, for refund.

Cant believe PayPal allow them to continue to trade, when it is obviously a fraud

I ordered a battery for a 25-year old IBM ThinkPad 380ED on 21st September 2021. I sent the seller an email on 2nd November to ask where the item was and they said it had been sent promptly and returned because we were out. This is strange, because we had been careful to be in, the deliverer did not leave a note and the seller did not contact us at the time. The seller has promised a refund rather than offering to resend the item, suggesting that they really never had one to sell, which was no surprise. But after a further 3 weeks (9 weeks in total) we still had not received either the battery or a refund. I invoked the PayPal resolution mechanism and did then get the refund.

Send wrong battery and after asked to return to China. Posting price more than actual item.

I made a mistake of not checking with Trustpilot first.
I have ordered a battery on 3/10/21, paid for through PayPal, never received it. Sent e-mail asking for confirmation of order, no reply. More e-mails asking what happened to the Battery, same (Jessica) person reply. I will pursue the matter through the PayPal resolution centre.
BEWARE OF THIS SITE. IT IS A SCAM!

Battery ordered on the assumption that it was a UK business (co.uk), no confirmation received. Opened a dispute through PayPal. Only then a Chinese supplier provided apologies and assurance and asked me to close the dispute which in good faith I regrettably did. After 20 days I haven't received anything. Checked with Hermes. The parcel tracking number is fake! Avoid!!!

Battery ordered, confirmed and allegedly despatched. Well over the 12 working days delivery expectation limit no show. I am then told that the courier could not deliver. This has to be an absolute and outright lie: i have been in all the time, the bell has not rung, the door has not been violently thumped as is usual, no card was left, and no email notice of a problem. I have pushed, but I am now told that it is impossible to deliver - without explanation of any kind. I suspect it was never sent. I am waiting for my money back.
The UK 'warehouse' has no telephone number advertised. Had I realized in time it was coming from China I would have cancelled, but by then it was too late.
I have received no apology worth anything, and no explanation. They have to be a con.
Avoid like the plague.

the goods were dispatched from china and not from the uk. instead of 6-12 days it took over 2 months. the battery arrived damaged and did not work in the laptop. i should send the battery back to china to get the money back. since shipping is more expensive than the battery, i didn't do that and wanted to get my money back through paypal buyer protection. Unfortunately, PayPal has rejected the application. I am more than disappointed, would not recommend anyone to buy there!

There are good companies and bad companies but these are way way the worst I have ever come across. I can only describe them as criminals. They appear at first glance to be UK based. Not so. They offer 7 to 10 day delivery. Not so. They are China based and have no intention of delivering your products.
I ordered a laptop battery 10 weeks ago and after 4 or 5 weeks was concerned so emailed to get an explanation. This was the first of many all resulting in every excuse immanagable. They have no intention of delivering or refunding so now I am having to start a legal claim through PayPal.
All this for a simple order and not checking this supplier beforehand.
UPDATE. started a PayPal claim and the money was refunded ( albeit with a comment about it being someone else's fault ). I still believe it is a criminal operation and they hope people don't bother chasing it up. Too many lies were offered as excuses not to deliver. I am now looking into the legal ways they can be stopped.

I bought a bag described as genuine leather, a cheap vinyl version turned up and customer services don't want to know. Fraud as far as I am concerned,have pictures and the description from their website that do not match what they are sending out

Ordered a laptop battery from what I thought was an English company after 12days the battery had not arrived, many email later and 25 days after ordering it finally turned up...too late as had ordered one from amazon as laptop could not be used without the battery. Asked to return it and requested refund to be told I had to ship it back to China!! Have raised a dispute with PayPal as not prepared to do this when I had ordered from an English company!

Can I give less than 1 star? Chinese company, didn't receive my battery. Claimed I was out when delivery was attempted, I haven't been out for months!!!

wish i had checked this website to see 1.7 rating average before ordering... waited around three weeks, then wrong battery arrived, seller reluctant to offer exchange or refund, finally agreed to give me return address in china. nearly impossible to send lithium battery back from UK to china. complete waste of time and money!

I ordered a laptop battery, the scam these people use is " Obtaining money under false pretense's"ie. Fraud. They claim to be dispatching from the UK and orders will be recived within 10 days, the point of
dispatch is in fact China. I contacted their "support" and cancelled the order when I realized this and that I had paid by credit card and got a notice from Paypal, I had no Paypal account and the shipping info and tracking was fake. Buyers remorse and the right to cancel an order means nothing to these Con Artists, there was no reply, their terms and conditions fail to state that their terms of robbery do not affect your statutory consumer rights. It seems these Chinese Con Artists are operating illegally in the UK and Europe.

Sorry, this is the highest review I can give, there isn't a lower one available. I purchased two windows discs. They took my money quick enough, but I never saw my purchases. No response to email, no record of this company with the landlord of the trading estate. Take my advice, don't touch this lot with a barge pole. I am now taking legal action via PayPal.

Absolutely horrendous company, avoid questions when asked, do not deliver, take your money and use delay techniques to buy more time. I have had to claim my money back through PayPal as the just send the same email with a tracking number but will not state the courier. Absolute SCAM merchants. AVOID!!!!

I wish I had seen these reviews before I made the mistake of buying from this company. They claim to have a UK warehouse but I have since found out that this is a bogus address used by a number of Chinese online 'companies', probably the same people under different names. The item I ordered has not been recieved and a claim has been made through Paypal.

Paid for the power lead. Never showed up and completely blanking my emails. Avoid this site at all costs, they take the money and disappear.
