Went in to buy a pre-ordered smart watch
Went in to buy a smart watch, didn’t appreciate the “hard sell” for a new phone contract. The first no Thankyou to the offer should have seen the sales pitch stop, things went from a professional start to a very awkward encounter, was very close to walking out without the product I had ordered.
