Two Hours Late

The only reason for me scoring this review a 4* is simply because the specialist was two hours late. Other than that, the specialist was lovely and the whole process went smoothly.

Unprofessional

I eventually got an appointment 3 months after the solicitor applied to the company. The appointment was in a conference centre. (This was 5 months after the accident). This was a 30 mile round trip from my home. Luckily we do have a car otherwise would have been a nightmare to get to. Arrived at the centre 7 minutes before the appointment. The doctor arrived 2 minutes before the appointment. He then checked in with the receptionist and chatted awhile. Eventually he invited me into a meeting room. I then had to wait while he took off his gilet and put on his jacket. He then proceeded to take out the paperwork for the case. This is unprofessional, if I can turn up early for the appointment he should have definitely got there at least earlier and should have been prepared. He started to complete the form and started to ask me about my car accident. He obviously had not read my file as I was a pedestrian who got knocked down on a crossing by a van. He then said he would have to write the details down as the form he had did not have a space for this. He asked a few questions and did not examine my shoulder, neck, back or limbs which were affected. The meeting was so short luckily I had actually written down some things to talk about so I gave him the typed notes I had made. The meeting was only 15 minutes at most. I have since received his report 3.5 weeks after the appointment from my solicitor. He states in the report he examined neck,shoulder, back and lower limbs which was not the case. There were several incorrect observations in the report so I have had to go back to my solicitor with the corrections. So once again I am waiting for this claim to go through because of the report not being accurate. I have to also see a specialist which will need to be arranged as the doctor said that the tinnitus I was experiencing was not his field. A week ago I got a text to review the company, I used this link to do this but it said it was full. I emailed but was told to go on trustpilot! It seems that this is a very unprofessional company in their approach to customers who like me had been through a traumatic experience such as a road accident.

From the get go Premex+ kept me informed and in the loop at every stage.

From the get go Premex+ kept me informed and in the loop at every stage.
The individual professional had to be changed and Premex+ notified me straight away and my video appointment was rearranged with a different medical consultant. The details of the appointment were sent to me in good time with a reminder and link sent the day before. The medical professional who conducted the appointment was friendly and thorough. They had a good understanding of my condition and Were empathic about my condition and symptoms and checked in with me to see I was comfortable continuing. At the end my session the medical professional informed me what would happen next and expected timescale.
