Excellent, friendly service. Helped with advice every step of the way. Didn’t push any particular product but happy to give an opinion when asked. Work was completed in a timely manner and was tidy and very professional. Very happy to recommend

Pawan was easy to work with from the start. He was very pragmatic to find a solution to my complex installation.
Price was also very reasonable when compared to other installers. I would definitely recommend Pretium to anyone looking to install an EV charger!

Could not fault the service we had. Ordered charger Monday was received next day then fitted Friday with no problems. Had follow up phone call to make sure I was completely happy which I was. Don’t hesitate to use this company. 5*

Pawan was very friendly and helpful. He advised politely on every query i had and sorted the charger with installation very quickly.
Nathan, who came to fit the charger went above and beyond and fixed the charger absolute brilliantly.

Had a system installed by Pretium . Everyone was very professional and the system has exceeded my expectations drastically reducing my bills significantly glad I went for 2 batteries as well .

My experience with Pretium has been excellent from start to finish. From the first call, advice about products was offered and a quick installation date was made available. On the installation day, the installer encountered a few problems but came up with a solution each time and went above and beyond to ensure the installation was completed and safe. Following installation, Pretium has continued to offer support and as a new customer to electric car world, this has been invaluable. I would not hesitate in recommending Pretium to friends and family.

Due to change of car didn’t use the charger now back to full EV and found it’s not working/connecting have contacted them but no help just diverted to installation guide still no further on also discovered the plastic surround is cracked can only assume happened during fitting. When I asked about this I was told it’s nine months since installed so tough. Aftersales help is non existent. Very disappointed in this company.
