Absolutely brilliant service from the first conversation to during the run up to installation and afterwards.

The whole process was very good
The whole process was very straightforward and painless. The installation guys were top blokes too. They arrived at 7.30 pm after being held up on their last job in Torquay, I live near Oxford!!. They were more than happy to do the install at that time. They finished at 10pm. Very clean and professional job.

Wouldn't choose or recommend them again
I intrusted Pretium to install my Wallbox Charger at my home.
Why the service I received when trying to sort out a date and the initial order was good. The wallbox itself is a little to be desired (I mean I don't have the experience of other chargers but the app doesn't calculate the total cost right let alone being very sluggish app)
Then the day of the install! We'll his name was Dave and he was scruffy and appeared to be very unknowledgable on the wall box and the install was scruffy and left my house wall a mess.. also little things like he has put the charger head on the opposite side to the way the cable was wrapped around the roll which means its a mess storing the cable!
Then the electricity report had to be chased and then was incorrect.
They did give me £100 in amazon vouchers as a good will gesture but when I paid nearly £1000 to be fair I wasn't impressed. But fed up of moaning and arguing with him so I just accepted and moved on
Why do they get 3 stars you ask

Dear Taxi Adventures, Thank you for your feedback. Appreciate your candid feedback. It might be worth clarifying a few points you have stated in your feedback. One - Wallbox App does allow you to calculate cost of charging provided you have set your per unit electricity tariff in the app. Happy to help you with the settings. the reason you paid £1000 because you did not qualify for OZEV grant of £350 otherwise you would have paid £650 despite it being a complex install. Your criticism of the installer was unsubstantiated because you chose not to stop or report concerns when installation was in progress. Dave did attend wallbox training with me and also completed several install with positive reviews. Despite this unfounded criticism, we offered you £100 (which is 10% of total cost) as goodwill. Thank you for the acknowledgement.
