Definately 5 star. Pawan was fantastic from start to finish and was so quick. Contacted him after being messed about for weeks by Octopus energy, he got everything done start to finish in 3 weeks flat. Brilliant service and would highly recommend

Pawan was extremely attentive and responsive during the process of purchasing and installing my wallbox. When UPS let us down, he was straight on to it to make sure delivery was not delayed. He also has fantastic sub contractors who work for him - Kevin saved my house from burning down when he spotted spurious wiring when installing the Pod. Pawan was on hand to help with the grant application too.

I wanted a tethered charger that wasn’t too big. I was given lots of advice before I made my decision and given a fitting date. The guys that fitted the charger explained all the steps , were polite and tidy and even set up the app on my phone. All working fine. Excellent communication and customer service. Would definitely recommend.

What a fantastic company. I was let down by another company and Panwan did everything possible to get me a charger and install within 7 days. Throughout he was attentive and knowledgeable. Works have been completed today, the installer was prompt, knew exactly what needed to be done. He worked cleanly and was polite and answered all questions.

From the point I made first contact, both Pawan and Sam went above and beyond to help me get my wall charger installed, I’m thrilled with the service I received throughout and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them!

A great experience with Pretium EV! Pawan was most helpful throughout the whole process. He fully answered any questions and the wallbox was expertly fitted by the electrician Sam within the time frame promised. The wallbox has worked perfectly since fitting too. Previous to engaging Pretium EV I had been waiting months for the previous company to fit a wallbox and had to cancel them eventually. Great credit to Pretium EV- they kept to their promise within a short time frame and could not be faulted. Thank you so much gentlemen and well done.

My experience of Pretium was 100% positive. Pawan was clear and up front with costs and installation options. The installer went out of his way to hide cabling where possible and position the unit in the best possible location.

When it came to selecting the correct EV charger for my home needs I was lost.

I contacted several companies including podpoint, BP Pulse, and other big brands. The experience across the board was average at best if not poor. Some never called me back and some only liaised via automated email which was not my preferred communication style.

My search continued……….

I then came across Pretium EV Charging Infra & Solutions Limited, website was clear and straight forward and I liked what I saw. So I sent them a live chat.

Within moments a gentleman called Pawan contacted me via telephone and for the first time I felt comfortable and confident in the advice and experience I was being provided.

Pawan was (and still is) absolutely superb. Delivered a superb customer experience and I purchased from him. His after sale is also brilliant.

Installation was slick, pain free and the installers were very good indeed. All setup in under 2.5 hours. They even showed me how to use it and they were very helpful and patient.

I am delight with the product itself. Really smart, modern, discrete and high quality. Very difficult to find fault with it. It’s a type 2 and compliments my needs perfectly. Charge speed is very good at 32A and connects to my internet seamlessly for smart charging.
