On the phone this morning speaking with Samantha . She explained that fiber broadband is not available in our area yet but is coming soon. I renewed our contract for twelve months. I'm a long standing customer and Samantha was very helpful and did her best to explain the situation.
On the phone with Samantha this morning looking for a better price. She explained the product clearly and what was available in a professional manner. I understood everything and was happy to enter a 12 month contract.
Contracted with this shower in March 2025. They now claim the contract did not start until April 2025, and have imposed an early termination fee of €150 to punish me for having the temerity to move away from them at the end of my 12 month contract. They claimed to ComReg that I was offered a new service but that is simply untrue, and there is no way I would sign up with this company for yet another 12 months. I had experienced glitches and outages during my previous 12 months with them. Not a reliable service.

I called Pure Telecom when I noticed an increase on my monthly invoices. I spoke to Nicole in the Retentions Team and she was able to offer another 12 months contract with the price I've been paying so far.
The call took under two minutes. The flawless customer service is why I'm happy to stay with Pure Telecom.

Daniel worked through all scenarios to try and solve the issue. Daniel explained his thought process and I learned a lot from speaking with him. As it was a difficult issue Daniel stayed on the call over 1 hour past his finishing time on Friday evening. I hope Pure Telecom know how lucky they are to have this gentleman working with them he is definitely the high standard that all should aim to achieve. Please reward Daniel is some way. Pure Telecom are so refreshing as a company as the phone is answered in seconds by a human. I know I truly value this service. 👏for Daniel.

The Broadband is great. Extremely rare that we had an issue with it or we had to reset the box. We use it a lot. Irish Customer Service as well. Every year I ring after my contract ends, and they make me an offer that matches the tarrifs on the market. I spoke to Abbie today, a two minutes conversation and I got sorted. Couldn't be happier.

Hi,
I contacted the company a number of times to disagree with the increased charges. I did not receive notification of end of contract and have been charged the increased amount for two bills which is unacceptable. I asked for a refund based on the failure to notify me of end of contract and was categorically refused. I will bring my complaint to Com Reg

I had an issue with my fibre installation. Samantha who I spoke with today was very helpful and actually listened to me. She reassured me she would pass my details on to a manger who would call me back. I expected a call back later in the day however I received the call back from Ger one of the managers within 30mins. The issue was sorted very swiftly. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unfortunately the service itself i had issues with, no problems with the lovely staff members I dealt with who went above and beyond to assist me, every company needs a Daniel (Techincal Support) and Abbie (cancellations team) both of these were absolutely amazing and if the physical service was as good as the support I received I would have stayed
