Simply the best!

The staff is always ready to assist you at any moment, even if it's over a weekend. I have been with this company since 2004 and would not dream of ever moving to another company. They are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much of a problem for them. Congratulations on the fantastic work.

Together, we have seen so many changes in the hospitality industry and have adapted together. Gone are the days when a vacancy sign got customers in.
Nowadays, the landscape is fierce and dominated by OTA's. You do have to work that much harder!
Despite everything, your direct, commission-free revenue continues to grow year after year! It's so refreshing to see organic statistics like yours. We congratulate you on our success. Hopefully, Q-Book software has played a small part. We are constantly improving Q-Book and making updates to steer you ahead of the competition.

Looking over your statistics we can see that with each year that passes, your direct, commission-free revenue is growing! You must be preaching the good word about booking directly and boy is it paying off! Unfortunately, all too often, we see properties that are mega reliant on OTA's (until we show them the light) and get stuck in a spider's web of commission fees - not the case for you guys! People (in their hundreds) are booking directly on your website year after year - great job guys! You are smashing it! If Q-Book has played a small part in your success - that's amazing, but we know that these great stats are the by-product of how well you optimise Q-Book. We think that we can go one step further and get even better results for next year via our latest feature - Occupancy-Based Dynamic Pricing (we'll send you some info). So professional and nothing is too much trouble.

I started my new post as Reservations Manager a year ago and had to learn so much. Queensborough were at the end of the phone to guide me through everything when I needed them. Nothing was too much trouble, every person I spoke to then and now is so helpful and efficient in their knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble and I always have my issues resolved at the end of the conversation. I honestly don't know what I'd have done without their help and advice. Keep it up guys.

We've recently introduced Dynamic, Occupancy-based pricing to fill gaps based on room volume. Our software cleverly detects slower periods, drops the rates (based on your chosen parameters) and increases the rates when room volume is high! We'll send you some more information about it. It's super easy to use, highly lucrative and the best part - free of charge to use! Expect some more information shortly. If you need a hand with anything, you know where to find us. Fantastic

Fantastic! Sophie has incredible patience. The whole team are great. Ours has been a complicated move to Q Book. We highly rate the system. Very user friendly and has made our bookings much simpler/more time efficient and up to date. We have felt so well supported with any issues. Now that the changeover has taken place, we can see that you are making excellent use of the automatic payments feature. You can seamlessly collect a deposit and schedule outstanding balances at a time that suits you. It saves time and admin and frees up time to focus on your guests, which encourages reviews and lots of repeat business. We hope you are loving this functionality :) It marks one year of using Q-Book - happy anniversary ;) We have seen your direct commission-free bookings more than double during this time!!!

Have been with Q book for over 10 years now. Apart from the fact they are reasonaby priced, the online and over the phone support is superb. Everytime I have called I have got through quickly to a person who knows what they are talking about.
Highly recommended.

It marks two years since you signed up and what a great two years it has been for Brick Kiln Farm. We can see that a large percentage of your bookings have are generated via your website. Wahoo! This means that you are not submissive to OTA big boys which, unfortunately, many are. You are generating organic revenue which in this day and age is a massive achievement - well done :) We hope this season turns out to be just as great (if not better) and that each year supersedes the last! Really impressed with the system and the team supporting us

We have recently moved to Q Book from another Online Travel Agency and we have been really impressed with the system and the team supporting us. We have excellent contact in to both the bookings team via the totally awesome Jane for technical enquiries and to our super efficient account manager Katie. Even though our prices are low, we don't compromise on quality or functionality but ensure that our customers pay a fair price.
We understand that 20% OTA commission fees are sometimes a necessary evil. We keep our fees low so that you're not paying over the odds.
Our monthly fee remains the same, irrespective of how many bookings you generate and their source.
We don't piggyback or profit off your OTA Bookings.
We believe commission-free, organic bookings are the best way forward.
Everybody is happy :) You, because you didn't pay 20% for the privilege, and us, because you remain a happy Q-Booker, allowing us to have a great, long-lasting working relationship with one another.

Brilliant company to work with

Brilliant company to work with - staff are so helpful and have sorted any problem we have quickly without fuss! We have been with them just over a year now and would 100% recommend them as a channel manager.

Another great help from Queensborough

Paul was so friendly and extremely helpful. I felt he really cared that I had all knowledge to hand, for growing and promoting my business.

I would highly recommend Queensborough. This is our 4th year using them and nothing is too much bother for them.

Professional, helpful and a great booking system

We have been dealing with the Queensborough Group for around eight years, when we used their booking engine for our previous guest accommodation and we decided to continue with their services for The Roost. They are brilliant to be with, always very helpful and the booking engine is so easy to use. Love the fact that you can speak with a person if you have a problem or if out of hours, send a message through the ticket system. Jon is fantastic - if I ever have an issue, he always resolves it! The rest of the team, including Sophie are lovely to deal with too. If you are looking for an efficient booking system, look no further than QBook :) :)
