All the team at QB are so chuffed with the influx of direct bookings you received shortly after activation.
If the last few weeks are anything to go by, you are in for a belter of a season :) Now that Q-Book has replaced your website enquiry form - it's all about online bookings from here on whoop!
Having entered the realms of a Channel Manager, you'll find that Q-Book centralises all your bookings.
From one calendar, you can see bookings generated from your website, Pitchup!, Campsites.co.uk, Hipcamp and any other sites you decide to integrate.
The sync removes vulnerabilities and can cut your days in half by reducing admin tasks.
In addition, the auto-payments function (modern-day/game-changer) will automate and streamline all deposits and balances.
No longer will you manually have to take BACS payments or update outstanding balances - it's all done automatically for ease for you and your guests - happy campers all around!

Not because moving to Q-Book is difficult, but mainly because you are used to a different way of doing things and there's nout wrong with that! We like to spend lots of time with our customers to ensure that your personal configuration of Q-Book is bob on! At the end of the day, you use Q-Book every day and it has to work for you! So, if something doesn't feel perfect, it's likely a simple setting needs changing. Whatever you need that will make your life easier - give us a shout - we'll do all that we can for you :) Sophie was especially on a mission to ensure that Q-Book works for you and that you feel confident using our software! Our aim is that QBook replaces all manual processes and basically becomes your new BFF ;) We're all so glad that between us, we found the best way to configure Q-Book to suit your needs and those of your staff on the frontline managing the general day-to-day stuff :) Now that we have it up and running and you are happy with it - we'd like to spend more time with you to implement Q-Book features that will generate direct, commission-free revenue for you! We understand that economic factors continue to dictate booking trends. Times are tough! The cost of living crisis plays a huge part. Though we can't do anything about the climate, we can reassure you that we're building some soon-to-launch game-changing technology to help encourage direct, commission-free bookings! In the next week or so, two new features will be available. 1). Our Rate Comparison Widget for your website. This clever bit of tech will list your direct price and compare it to your other advertisers. So, if your best rate is your website - we'll make it abundantly clear to your browsers so they know they are getting the best deal possible! The idea - to encourage them to book there and then. For you, this means happy guests, great reviews and more organic bookings...without a sniff of commission!
2) Stay and Save Promo. Another winner from Q-Book! If a browser is lingering on your website without making a booking, Q-Book will apply a promotion to their booking. For example, a 10% discount (or whatever you like, you choose) to encourage them to book. Within Q-Book, you'll have control of what promotions you'd like to display and when you want them to flash on the screen. If your guest gets as far as filling in their email address but doesn't complete the booking, the promo code will be emailed to them to encourage them to finish their booking. As you can see, we have some brilliant ideas to incentivise direct bookings! Keep your eyes peeled - more information is on the way soon. Q-Book offers the automated functionality to collect guest deposits and outstanding balances - paid directly to your bank. In addition, there is the option to make excellent use of the Payment links too.

In these difficult times, we understand the importance of direct revenue instead of handing over hefty sums of commission to OTA's. We got you! We can see you are making excellent use of Additional Services and generating extra rev for your campsite.
Selling extras like fire pits and logs generates money for your campsite but also helps you to prepare your pitches for your guests.

We understand that same-day arrivals can be tricky to manage and don't work for everybody - especially if you are out and about. The two-day notice period gives you enough time to go about your day-to-day and have rooms perfect for when guests arrive. Each Q-Booker operates differently. That's why we provide you with all the tools you'll need to ensure Q-Book works for you - and not the other way around! Hiya Dan. Thank you so much for your review and for your invaluable feedback. You are quite correct! We did start out (some twenty years ago) in the Hotel/B&B game. So, as you very kindly state, we have plenty of experience. However, as the marketplace has adapted - so have we. We have seen demand for camping, glamping and self-catering. We are loving and thriving within this new (to us) sector. However, our software is a product of the experience and knowledge we gain from our camping/glamping customers.
For this very reason, we listen to all suggestions and feedback and work tirelessly to reinvent Q-Book to suit the industry, never forgetting all our other customers' needs. We have done lots of research and were surprised at how much some campsite systems charge. A pitch is a fraction of a room price. In keeping, we launched the 20p/50p pitch/glamping booking fee. As hotels and camping are worlds apart - we believe the pricing structure needs to be. Thanks for your kind comments about our price! We are also incredibly flattered to be compared to Bedful, an industry leader who offers a brilliant system. We beat them on price, yes. However, we massively respect their booking platform and long may their success continue.
Our integration list continues to grow, especially our API integrations. You'll only see iCal integrations where an API isn't available from a third party. It doesn't mean to say it won't change in the future. When it does - we'll be on it like a car bonnet! Thank you again for your lovely comments about our staff and friendly support.
