A fantastic company to work with

Queensborough Group have hosted our website and booking system since we set up our business in 2019. From the outset they have been fantastic to deal with providing great support. Amy, Jane and the team have always been so helpful and friendly whenever we've needed them. The online tutorials are great for any day to day maintenance that you're not sure of and, if needed, they'll talk you through any other issues over the phone with ease. Website maintenance is simple, so important when you're busy running your own business and are always short of time.
We've had some great comments on our website from guests, telling us that its simple to use and that you can clearly see what you're getting before booking.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend using Queensborough, in fact, they were recommended to us by another B&B and as a result of the glowing report that they gave us about Queensborough, we didn't look anywhere else, and I'm so glad we didn't!

We joined Q Book for our camping and glamping business last year.
The team are so helpful and you can always get hold of them.
Very glad we switched from a different less advanced booking system.

Great Platform

I have been using Q-Book for almost 4 years now and before I came over I had tried several and none of them made the process seamless as Q-Book has.

The staff are absolutely brilliant. The customer service is genuine, thoughtful and fantastic with thorough discussion to tailor to my specific needs.

I can wholeheartedly pass on recommending Q-Book to any one looking for a one stop solution property management software.

Qbook is excellent!

We have been with qbook as a 5 bedroom guest house since May 2014 (at writing this review 9 years) the team at Queensbourough are very helpful, tech support is incredible and the whole team are easily contactable, qbook is very comprehensive and links up well with Stripe and Booking.com, I would totally recommend qbook!

If you are interested in connecting to more third parties, you can connect completely free of charge to Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, Agoda and many more. Simply head to your Channel Manager page within Q-Book and click 'connect' - it's that easy. Queensborough are a valuable partner in…

Queensborough are a valuable partner in supporting our business. My hotel has used the Q-books platform (Queensborough Group) for well over 10-years.
As well as hosting our website, the back office platform manages our business requirements exceptionally well and is forever being updated to incorporate new features designed to improve the user experience.The platform is reliable and the interface simple to navigate. However, it's the UK based support staff and account managed service that set Q-Books apart from their competition.

As it's a new property, it takes time to propagate visibility to your website and OTA's.
As time goes on you'll see things go from strength to strength. Visibility will increase, which, in turn, will produce more bookings. But, from our experience and with the power of reviews, marketing and incentives, you can still get great results even in the early days. We will work with you to help implement suggestions to help encourage bookings. We'll show you how to manage your rates and restrictions, create special offers and promotions and build departure emails that tempt guests to re-book - all in a day's work!!
We are delighted that yesterday, after a quick run through the rates and restrictions section of Q-Book, you managed to generate a Christmas booking - winner-winner turkey dinner ;)
Manipulating rates can make a difference. Play around with daily rates and minimum stays; soon enough, you'll be tempting browsers and filling that calendar! After your chat with Sophie yesterday, she'll follow up with some info on how to make the most of Q-Book and new OTA sign-ups.

Incredible Customer Service

From start to finish they were beyond helpful during the setting up phase. Thereafter, I've found them to be incredibly responsive and feel they go above and beyond to resolve any issues.

Price wise, they aren't just competitive; they crush it, especially given their free iCal link ups. Couldn't be happier.

We're so delighted that you've commented on our pricing structure. We certainly did our homework and were shocked to see what some of our competitors are charging! Many seem to charge the same as if you're selling rooms in a Hotel. Price per night for rooms and pitches are worlds apart. We believe software companies should be taking this into account. That's why we charge just £9.99+VAT PCM and 20p/50p for camping/glamping bookings. Not breaking the bank and certainly not compromising on the quality of our support and technology.
Hey! Speaking of crushing it, would you look at your direct booking stats!? What a fantastic season you have had! It's so refreshing to see you getting your fair share of bookings and not having to give all your pitches away to OTA big boys - you go, girl! Thanks for your review - you are a top man and Q-Booker :) In the few weeks since taking over The Watermead Guest House, you have made excellent use of Q-Book's features and automated many processes previously dealt with manually by your predecessors. The Autopayments feature is a game-changer; we hope it's making life easy for you. Plus, it's always good to have any payment niggles sorted beforehand. Especially for a seamless self-catering check-in. Just to let you know, we are looking into the smart locks Channel Manager integration as per your feedback. We have submitted our information and some questions and will look into it. As more properties are heading down the self-catering route, we can see the importance of this.
For now, you can use the Automatic Email Manager. You can build, personalise, schedule and update door code emails. It works really well. If you need a hand building the emails please give us a shout!

I was dreading transferring so many bookings .. I felt sure it would go horribly wrong

I had to transfer a lot of bookings from an existing website booking system and booking.com to QBook. I was dreading it as I was so worried about duplicate bookings or bookings being missed off completely.

The training that I was given, support, plus the brilliant online tutorials was amazing. Since going live, the continued support has been second to none.

Thank you so much for your review. We're absolutely delighted to read your positive feedback. We totally understand the concept of transferring from one system to another is majorly daunting. However, we have done our very best to simplify the process and to ensure it's a walk in the park. We can import bookings, help build room types and rates and basically, take the stress away - phew! There's nout worse than feeling trapped with a booking system due to the fear of change. We see it all too often. It's not good!
To know you can easily make the move and free yourself out of a sticky situation is a game-changer. That's exactly the reason why we don't do contracts. In case it's not for you for whatever reason, or if your circumstances change, if you need to jump ship - that's no problemo! Thank you very much for your kind words about our support service - that really does mean the world to us :)
We put a lot of effort into making sure our customers feel supported from start to finish and everything in between. We understand that you no longer need Q-Book. However, we certainly hope to work with you on your next project should you need our services in the future. Thanks again for your lovely review. Emails, although simply everyday things - can cause havoc when things go wrong - at the end of the day, it's your business communication which is super important! Anyway, we're glad we got you sorted!
