How can anyone not love the teas from 'Q'! A divine experience for all senses. It all starts with the tasteful packaging, the color composition of the tea leafs, the smell, the bespoke music and then the cutest solution to a self-made teabag... and finally you get to enjoy it: A true explosion of goodness! I am in awe!

Quinteassential Teas are by far our favourite teas to both drink and use in recipes to cook with. The strength and flavour quality is outstanding.
The service from Bernadine and her team is first class and if you ever have any queries they respond immediately.
We are lucky enough to live locally so we can collect our goodies however shipping has been fine too when required.

Excellent teas and great customer service
I ordered from quintessential for the second time. Love the teas, especially the British mint, the cleanse and the rooibos creations.
Brexit didn't make it an easy experience to order something from the uk as a European, but the customer service reacted really nicely to my complaint- even tough it's all on the new customs rules due to Brexit.
If only we had these rooibos creations in Germany (I looked all over for it), so I am hoping that there are soon to be new rules which allow me to shop in the uk with pleasure.
