Excellent service from RCT Manufacturing Ltd. We wanted to update our 30 year old brass fireplace set with a modern brushed steel design but although we’d searched for weeks for a replacement and although the frets were readily available everyone seemed only to supply the frame in a standard size which wouldn’t have fit.

I was resigned to having to paint ours until I came across RCT. They manufacture frames and hearth plates to your own measurements. Their website explains the various options available and provides easy to follow instructions so you can’t go wrong.

Even though they are working limited hours due to the Coronavirus our order was delivered within 7 days with regular updates throughout. Now it is in place it looks fabulous. I really can’t recommend RCT highly enough.

I contacted RCT with a bespoke request to build a large frame for my rather ugly inset fire. A great deal of care was taken to get all the required info, and I was kept in the loop at all times. The result was a beautifully made frame which has improved the look of my fireplace no end. Competitively priced too.

Website easy to navigate and ordered on Monday and received on Thursday! Very happy with the stove frame and prompt service especially at the moment. Thank you.

Was uncertain exactly what to order to fit an irregular sized and angled fireplace so called sales for advice. Claire was extremely helpful and confirmed the measurements needed and took the order. The order was confirmed on a Tuesday and the surround delivered on the Friday.
Excellent service, speedy manufacture and delivery, surround looks very good and reasonable price.

My flat frame brass fire surround looks amazing. It was simplicity itself to attach, and R.C.T. made the whole ordering process as easy as possible.
I have no hesitation in recommending them.

After searching the internet i came across RCT from my first enquiry till delivery the communication was fantastic from Claire. I needed a bespoke fire trim as i had two fires the same and damaged one fire trim. I was advised if possible to send the original as it was not a standard fire trim. The fabricator did an amazing job my wife is ecstatic that's good enough for me. The price was extremely reasonable and both trims were sent back to my self in individual boxes well wrapped and secure with fragile taped wrapped around the box i also received 3 sets of magnets which was a god send as i required the large and medium together to attach the frame they really thought of everything thank you one very satisfied customer.

We required a smoke hood to a very bespoke design and mm accurate to enable fixing....delivered on time and it is fantastic. Does the job and fitted so snug no need for any caulking. Great service from Claire and the team on the shop floor. Hint though supply accurate drawings you can then talk through and photographs of the location....it made it easier for all to understand. They came up with some great suggestions....and it all worked.

100% Delighted with the product new fret and frame for gas fire.
Claire and Jackie couldn't have been more attentive with excellent customer service given.
The product arrived within the time given.
Securely wrapped.
Makes the fire look amazing and really changes it's appear ence.
First class service from start to finish.
Would definitely use RCT again and certainly would recommend to family and friends.

I have recently purchased a fireframe from RCT Manufacturing. They were extremely helpful from the point of ordering the product to the time I received it. I was kept informed of the process at all times e.g. when the frame was being sent out from the factory, when to expect delivery, even at a precise time. There receptionist “Claire” was most helpful and very professional in her commitment to providing an excellent customer service. Would recommend this company to anyone requiring a fireframe.

We were very pleased with the help and support given when we were ordering our Fireplace Frame as we didn't want to make a mistake. Claire was very helpful throughout the ordering process and kept us updates as to the delivery and when it would arrive. The outcome was that we are very pleased with the brushed stainless steel frame and fret. An excellent outcome and very good customer experience. Thank you.

I bought a copper fire surround That was easy to buy online and fitted perfectly

We ordered a made to measure, lift out ash pan. Any queries prior to ordering were quickly answered and the ordering process was great. There was a mix up on delivery but only because some delivery instruction notes were accidentally ommitted when the order was given to the courier service. RCT quickly recitified it. Sadly the ash pan doesn't fit as we didn't factor in a slope of the (quite deep) stone apeture half way down of the front wall. It was made perfectly to exact measurements though, so thank you!

Contacted this company to replace an old brass fire surround with a brushed steel item. From my first contact they could not have been move helpful. They advised on the removal of the old unit the design of the new one along with fitting and after care.
The finished product was excellent exactly what I had asked for and an excellently manufactured item. Highly recommend.

We ordered a bezel for the edge of a fireplace aperture we gave exact dimensions and the product fitted perfectly. When it.arrived it was very well protected to ensure there was no opportunity for damage. We would use them again price was fair too.

Excellent service. Purchased a trim for round our wood burner. I was given detailed help with the measuring. When it arrived it was a perfect fit.

Bespoke brushed steel trim for log burner recess.

1. Super friendly, helpful and efficient staff, really easy to work with
2. Dilligent. Called me to correct an error I had made with mesuring
3. Great price as they manufacture for all the other sites you have already looked at.
4. The end product is beautifully made from good quality materials.
5. A perfect fit
