I wanted a fire surround in chrome custom made. I went to RCT with my measurements and the item was made and delivered in the quoted time of 10 working days. I am very pleased with the surround and the helpfulness of the staff that dealt with my enquiry.
The company are very professional and the rates are very reasonable.

I contacted RCT with a problem which they not only solved for me but were really helpful in the process, sorted out a specially made item for me really quickly and were excellent value for money - my only regret is that I had not discovered them sooner. Ordered a fire frame and fret as the house we moved into had a gold coloured outdated one. Ordered a brushed chrome one. The frame only took over a week to be ready, customer service was fantastic and the fire frame fits perfectly and looks absolutely lovely! Excellent service!

We searched everywhere for a new fire trim as we didn’t want to renew the fire just change the trim and fret.RCT were recommended by a local fire store as we were advised we needed a trim made to measure. Well made fire trim and a perfect fit at a very good price, our fire place looks like new, quick delivery, highly recommend.

Firstly thank you to lovely Jackie who met us at the door and led us to the office. She was extremely friendly and helpful and when we enquired whether this order could be completed in half the normal time, she came through for us. Many thanks for that especially at Easter. We love the surround for our fire, it has really finished it off beautifully. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality product at a very reasonable price.

I got in touch with RCT Manufacturing because I was finding it difficult to source a company willing to refurbish a metal fire surround (at a sensible price!). From first contact they gave me various options & ideas & I ended up sending the old metal surround to them to be stripped of the old brass cover & recovered with polished stainless steel. What a great job they made of it. I would recommend them to anyone
