I ordered a fire frame from RCT, and am really, really chuffed to nuts with it. It is exactly what I wanted. RCT provide a document that tells you what measurements you need to provide for what you want. This guidance also contains help to avoid some common pitfalls. It is incredibly easy to understand and use. After that, you just fill in the measurements on their website and they manufacture your stuff. When I got my fire frame back from RCT, it was beautifully made, a real quality feel to it and what's more it is a perfect fit for my fireplace. I did ring RCT up afterwards because I'd forgotten to order fire "glue" to fix the frame in place, and the person I spoke to was friendly, and very helpful. Excellent customer service all round.

Super company, really pleased with the fire surround
Really pleased with the fire surround we ordered. After hunting high and low for one, and not finding anything suitable, I chanced on RCT's site and found exactly the frame we wanted. Heavy-weight stainless steel, made to order in any size you need. It took a few weeks to manufacture and ship but the finished article is beautiful, and not expensive. Very satisfied customers, would highly recommend RCT.

I had a fireplace built by a stonemason…
I had a fireplace built by a stonemason and ended up with a an odd size so had to find someone who would make a bespoke frame to fit the hole. The website showed me how to measure properly and I placed an order. Jackie contacted me with a couple of questions, and a few days later my beautifully made fire frame arrived. It fits perfectly and is a super example of skilled workmanship - and made in the UK what can be better!!! Super service - wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

From start to finish I was totally impressed.
Claire took my order discussed my requirements and e mailed me a drawing of what I had requested for my approval. My finished fire surround is beautiful, exactly what I wanted above and beyond my expectations. Great value for money. British engineering to be proud of.
