Rebecca was brilliant with my twins. Very professional in talking us through everything we needed for the trip. She made them feel completely at ease while doing the vaccine and very clear about any side effects to expect.

Super helpful with advice on what vaccines to get before your travels as well as answering any queries or worries you may have before going away. I went to the Newcastle branch to get my yellow fever vaccine - the staff, Gemma and Wendy, were so friendly and welcoming! They walked me through everything I needed to know with the vaccine and double-checked to make sure I was able to safely take the vaccine. Wendy also made sure I was feeling alright after the vaccine. Overall a very easy and good experience, highly recommend!
