The whole experience from start to finish was well done. Very helpful while helping me figure out what I needed, which was not straight forward. They double checked everything in a thoughtful way. Then when some things were going to take a while to get in, they were more than happy if I wanted to simply get those things somewhere else (I was happy to wait). Everything arrived okay, they kept track of what was sent and what was yet to be sent. The products themselves have all fit, and are now working well.

We recently purchased an outside light rrom Restoration Online in Australia and we’re thrilled with the entire experience. Firstly their customer service is fantastic, they’re easy to contact and very helpful. Secondly we saved at least NZ$300 and that included shipping. Thirdly the item arrived beautifully packed, completely in tact and within days, whereas the New Zealand supplier was going to take weeks. We try to shop within New Zealand, but in this case we would have been out of pocket by a significant amount. We recommend this company highly, don’t hesitate to order from them. Andy and Carol.

I ordered some cabinet handles knowing that there was an 8-10 week lead time, and included a note saying I need them for my renovation which starts in 6 weeks so please hurry as much as possible. They took the initiative to reach out and call me to give me a heads-up about the lead time which I understood, but also made an effort to try and get my order to me as quickly as possible. Great result, they delivered in just over 2 weeks so I will be able to have my kitchen installation completed on time with the handles now which is fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of the customer service I received from Restoration Online. I initially chatted online with Tayla. She was very helpful talking me through available products. After I placed my order online, I received a call informing me that there might be an 8 week wait for the product, and asking if I was still wanting to process the order.
When the taps arrived, one of the spindles was faulty. Tayla immediately contacted the supplier and arranged for a replacement to be shipped overnight at no cost.
It has been refreshing to deal with a company whose employees are honest, efficient and care about their customers.

We purchased from Restoration online - some door handles. They arrived quickly with no issues! unfortunately we had some issue with them a few years on, clicking and rust. I simply emailed the sales team with my initial receipt was attached, and explained the issues, with photos. Without delay, Rachel acknowledged my concerns, and within 24 hours she had gotten in touch with the manufacturer and they had agreed to replace the products. Within a week I had new product delivered to my door - honestly I couldn’t believe how great the customer service was. You just don’t seem to get that level of care and understanding these days! Restoration online is a fabulous, fast, reliable and easy business to deal with - I’ll be going to them for all my future Reno projects.

Oh my gosh! What an amazing sales consultant Tayla is! She has the patience of a saint! I have put her through hell over the past 2 months as I procrastinated with my order of heritage tapware as I was unsure of the different brass colours, type and shapes of fittings etc. Tayla never lost her cool with me, offered me further assistance by sending me samples and NEVER ONCE pressured me to hurry up and make my mind up! Due to her diligence and professionalism I was then comfortable with my product choice and was able to go through with the order that cannot be returned. This was a 2 month process! I will most definitely be purchasing again from this company and asking for Tayla!

I placed my order over the Christmas break.
Restoration Online had an automatic reply saying that my order would be processed when they reopened.
On reopening, Lacey called to say that one item was out of stock and would be placed on back order.
She also mentioned that one of the many items I ordered had a different finish (antique copper v antique brass).
That was a refreshing attention to detail that could have affected the look of our renovation.
I doubt many online companies would have taken such care with my order.

I purchased from this company on multiple occasions and they are my go-to destination for all home renovation projects.
