I have received a refund in an account I have terminated few months ago becausei was not happy with their services.
I had to open a new account to be able to get any proper assistance, and i have no intention of being their clients anymore, but if i didn't do it i wasnt going to be able to grt any help.
I'm trying to get my money back answering allllll the thousands of question they make, but because I don't remember the card ending I used to on the last topup plus the amount they are holding my money from me.
How can I bloody remember that? And I have no access to this account as it was terminated.
When I closed my account in Monzo they sent to me the full history of the account, in this case would be fair any questions of this kind as I was going to be able to check it, but no, this stupid bank and joking. I challenge any of them to tell me what did they have dinner 20 days ago.
I'm talking about 1000 pounds that they are taking from me.
This is not the 1st time they have passed me off.
Horrible bank, you can't not even speak with someone on the phone only on the stupid chat where they take ages to answer and then someone else jump in the chat and you have to answer all over again, it's a joke!!

Terrible service to access any perks you need to pay and then are locked in having to pay an exit fee to get out. 99% perks not relevant. Awful customer service. Recently downloaded Wise. Much happier great service and free to use!
They single-handedly crippled my stable…
They single-handedly crippled my stable business. They froze access to my merchant account with absolutely no reason given. After more than 2 weeks on their "support chat", they reinstated it. A few months later they limited the withdrawals to 80% every 60 days - again no reason was given. I have never had to provide a refund and have always had positive cash flow. So I tried to close the account - so far I've been waiting 12 days (chasing them every day) and it's still not been done and they are still charging me. It's the worst service I've ever had from any organisation, let alone a "bank". The problem is that you can't call anyone. It's only a chat - and the person on that chat is always waiting for other departments. Do yourself a favour and choose another provider!
No customer support
No customer support. I had money fraudulently taken out of my account - I couid see that the money was “pending” so I filled a “fraud chargeback form” and chatted with an agent hoping that they can help me retrieve the money since it was pending l. I got no help at all as they said that I agreed on the 3DS verification. It was the hackers who did all the work unfortunately.
There is no 2-step verification system and if Face ID is not accepted then all you need is a 4-digit number to get into someone’s accounts.
The fraudulent transactions in the meantime have been completed now and I have once again filled a chargeback form. I do not believe it will get down to anything.
In the meantime I have also filed a report with cyber crime.

Shocking company my account limited with no specific time to reopen 🤷♂️ Read their response “ Hi there! It's me again Ray. We know that it can be frustrating to be denied access to your funds. Rest assured that we are doing everything in our power to finish the required checks and reinstate your account as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there is no specific time frame that we can provide, the length of an investigation varies on a case to case basis.” Not even court of law would do this. No reason given for its limited status plus my account has money in it. Avoid this company save yourself stress!!

REVOLUT ROBBED ME
Please, the government and well meaning Brits should come to my aid. This bank Revolut has robbed me of my hard earned £4500, for three days now, money has gone missing as I had tried to make a transfer to a friend’s Monzo account for family traveling expenses. They have refused to give me back my money and claiming the money is in my account, however, not a dime is in there and transaction shows “pending” and never hit recipients account too. I’m so drained psychologically, the purpose of that transfer was urgent and same has been defeated.
They have stated NO reason at all for this lackadaisical attitude and thievery. I have asked them multiple times to refund my money and close the account, as I can NEVER continue banking with such a financial company that robs and are slow . I need to report to higher authorities this minute, I can’t wait a day more!

I had to reset my phone. I tried and tried to get passed the selfie recognition stage but just wasn't recognising me.
Attempted to get help, here's where the fun starts. They use an external company Just Ask. and ask for a refundable payment of £1. Used PayPal. The first tech had absolutely no clue how to help as she doesn't work for Revolut so passed me on to someone else. In the meantime, I'd had an email from PayPal confirming my subscription which I'll be charged for at £35 a month. I then received a reply from Just Ask. 40 minutes later asking me to log into Revolut website and did I want a call which h would cost me £16. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered and when I get to the bottom of this mess, the account will be closed and cards destroyed

They have no customer support whatsoever other than an automated line. If you lose access to your account and money, forget about solving the issue with them.
All you have is a useless line with a robot giving out automated answers. This shouldn't be legal and in fact I'm not sure it even is. Stay well away from them.
